OOluwaseun FawehinmiThe hotel is very good in terms of the infrastructure, location and its clean .However it took the receptionist more than  10min to confirm my booking after showing the confirmation email received from Trip.com/hotel. Secondly in the morning they denied me breakfast and stated they couldnât find in my booking. Very disappointing

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other daysâthe meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed.
The room was a sanctuary of comfort â spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation.
The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

Good room and facility keeping and cleanliness, very good service at frontdesk but less good at the restaurant. Food was not exceptional but a little bit more than average...more nigerian food type oriented even at breakfast (poor continental international breakfast). Location was perfect for me as I was spending 10-15mn to reach airport general aviation terminal where I was having my profesionnal meetings.

The room feels stuffy and poorly ventilated. There is a need to install proper air expellers or improve ventilation in both the room and the toilet.
The Good Side:
The reception staff, driver, caregivers, and cleaners are exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Their warm attitude made the experience much better.

AAhmed LarroIn overall, i score âAâ for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!Â
The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. Itâs like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, itâs not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great teamđđđ

The room I was given was very uncomfortable there are holes inside the pillow case, the bedcovers are old and scratchy on your skin, cockroach inside the bedroom, the bathroom needs repair, there food was not good, I couldnât even eat the fish itâs was black inside, that was my first and last food that I ordered .

GGuest UserThe bathroom in the room is horrible. Itâs not convenient for someone with disability. Thereâs a pool of water on the floor after taking a shower. No shower curtain or protection from water spillage. The bed is low and uncomfortable to sleep. The furniture in the room is like 70âs style which is quite a departure from the picture on website. Please do a thorough research before booking this hotel.

SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaItâs a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
