"The space is very large, and the front desk service was very patient and gentle when I checked in in the middle of the night. It was quite quiet at night, and there was no disturbance. The only problem was that the hotel did not turn on the heating early during the check-in time when it was too cold in winter."

"The interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room. The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property. We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable. "
