"Looking at what was advertised for the hotel was different to the actual place. We arrived at midnight and no services were available. After exiting the lift, the 7th floor was indescribable. The air-conditioning unit that i passed on the way to the room looked like a bomb had hit it. Upon entering the room it was total disappointment. I went to plug in my phone and the wall unit just fell apart. Electrically quite dangerous. Upon placing my head on the pillow after a long day travelling the loud music from the street kept me awake but eventually i fell asleep. The saving grace was in the morning, where the breakfast catered for most people. Then the rush for a bed by the pool was on. Remember to take a cap with you as this is required to enter the pool. Apart from having the slowest lifts in palamero im sure for the price there are other more suitable properties."

"I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is very good in the city centre which is convenient to any place. The airport bus pick up point is about 5 mins walk. The staffs in the reception are very friendly and helpful. Lots of deserts in breakfast and the waiters are lovely too. It’s nice to have a drink in the top floor in the evening."

"A fantastic hotel! 1. Excellent location: Famous attractions like the Quadrilateral Square (crossroads), the Pretoria Fountain, and the Admiral's Abbey are right outside the door. The theater, palace, and cathedral are a 6-7 minute walk away. It's also situated in a bustling commercial area, making shopping and dining very convenient. 2. Excellent service: The staff are patient and welcoming, remembering every guest's needs and requests. The hotel restaurant offers a rich and delicious selection, and you can even make your own cannoli for breakfast! 3. Exquisite décor: Full of European luxury, the separate lobby is elegant and classic, and a tea break area is provided. Multiple elevators are available for easy access, and there is a wheelchair accessible. The rooms are fully equipped, and there's a private balcony for relaxation. Cons: The air conditioning is a bit noisy (but can be turned off), and there are staircases connecting different floors within the building. Overall: Highly recommended! There's no better choice."

"The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese)."

"The location is really great because it is right in front of the ferry port. It is close enough to walk to. I was hesitant at first about whether to take this medicine because there were a lot of negative reviews, but when I looked at the reviews sorted by newest, they were good. "Nice hotel in Palmero, close to the 107 bus stop that takes you into the center (trip takes about 30 minutes) The hotel was big and the room was clean with fresh bedding and towels. I arrived with a broken lock on my bag and the hotel staff helped me fix it! They were really helpful and friendly .
