Mazatlan Beach Hotels

Nice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.

The hotel is excellent, the food and the service first class, the facilities are very large. Only the somewhat old room but everything else made up for it and they made you not notice it.

At our check-in took 45minutes, A/C in room was extremely noisy, broken sink, no acces to WiFi, (WiFi is offered by hotel), We was 3 persons, towels enough for 2p every day, we need to request extra shampoo and towels every day, only 1 key card for the room(no second key available), slow elevator. Bathroom no handicap accessible, minimum control on noise in the hallway. These was not a good experience, pay for 4 people, we only arrived 3p. Hotel refuse to provide credit back

This hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch.
