The hotel is located in Qianjing Hutong, offering easy access to Houhai and close proximity to the subway station. We received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was exquisite and clean, with excellent service. The breakfast selection was good, and every hotel staff member was very friendly. The kids absolutely loved the hotel's cat and played with her every day, making it perfect for families with children. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing. PS: This hotel is the former residence of General Zhaohui, a high-ranking official during the Qianlong era, and holds significant historical importance.

I highly recommend the North Shore Hidden Hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistent. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby, and the soundproofing in the rooms was excellent. The smart facilities were very practical. It's suitable for both leisure and business travel, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

What a pleasant surprise, this courtyard hotel! At night, the red lanterns illuminate the wooden beams, creating a fantastic ambiance in the traditional Chinese courtyard with stunning views. The entire room is equipped with Xiaodu smart voice control, allowing you to turn lights on/off and play music with just a voice command – the level of smart tech far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, the experience completely surpassed what I anticipated. It's definitely worth coming back to, and this will be my first choice for future stays!

This hotel boasts a fantastic location, just a short walk to Nanluoguxiang and Shichahai. The courtyard, designed in the traditional 'siheyuan' style, offers an authentic Beijing experience. The rooms are clean and smart, with convenient voice control and a very comfortable mattress. Breakfast features authentic Beijing snacks. The front desk staff are incredibly thoughtful, even providing a hutong travel guide and a souvenir. While it's an older building with minor soundproofing issues, a room facing the inner courtyard is very quiet. It's definitely my top choice for a hutong travel experience!

This is a great hotel with a very personal touch and excellent service. I had booked a 'cozy king room,' but when I arrived, the previous guest hadn't checked out yet. The front desk immediately upgraded me to their courtyard room and was incredibly helpful with storing my luggage. For anyone in need of a good place, you can book with confidence!

The service was great, and the room was excellent! They even gave me a free upgrade. The projector in the room has a Tencent membership already set up, and the smart lock works with your phone's Bluetooth. It's a really smart room; there's even a Xiao Ai speaker to control the smart home devices. Plus, the front desk offers free umbrella rentals, and the room has a dryer for clothes, which is a very thoughtful touch. The location is good too, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. It's also quiet, being located inside a residential complex.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Nanluoguxiang, Yonghe Temple, and Wudaoying Hutong, making transportation very convenient. There's also a small rooftop terrace upstairs with a nice atmosphere!

The hotel is conveniently located close to both Line 6 and Line 8 of the subway. If you're taking the subway, exit from Nanluoguxiang Station Exit E, and you'll pass by many interesting shops in Nanluoguxiang, which are great for browsing. If you're taking a taxi, the front desk advised us to set our GPS to 'Fenghua Mobile Store,' and the hotel is just about 50 meters from there, which is incredibly convenient. Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and once we got to the room, they patiently explained how to use the room's lighting and facilities, which was a nice touch. The room itself was exceptionally spacious; for a hotel within the Second Ring Road, it's considered very large. The cleaning staff were also very prompt and kept the room spotless. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The wooden furnishings are smooth and refined, the layout simple yet grand, and the soft furnishings and decor perfectly showcase Chinese aesthetics. The room was clean, tidy, bright, and spacious, with soft and skin-friendly bedding. The amenities were comprehensive and well-appointed, balancing ancient charm with practical living. Every detail truly showed great care. What made the stay even more pleasant was the attentive service from the staff. They were gentle, polite, and meticulous, warm and kind in their interactions, providing thoughtful service throughout. Their attentiveness was subtle and never overbearing, making me feel incredibly warm and at ease. In my leisure time, I sat quietly in the courtyard, listening to the rustling breeze and observing the tranquil surroundings, completely immersed in the serene atmosphere. Staying here, away from worldly distractions, I slowly admired the courtyard scenery and experienced the vibrant life and elegance of old Beijing. This wasn't just a simple accommodation experience; it was a healing journey into ancient charm, an exceptional choice for anyone visiting Beijing.
