JW Marriott properties in Beijing

This hotel is located in the heart of Xuanwumen, not far from famous attractions like Tiananmen Square, and also very close to Xidan and Financial Street, making its location excellent. Last time I stayed, I dined at the hotel's Marriott Chinese Restaurant, and the dishes were quite good. This time, while waiting for my room, I had a light meal at CASALINGO Italian Restaurant, which was a pleasant experience – quiet and comfortable. The domed swimming pool on the 19th floor has great natural light and clear water, making for a very enjoyable swim. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there's one area I hope the hotel can improve: I had arranged for a late checkout until 2 PM, but I received two reminder calls after 12:30 PM before leaving, which was quite disruptive to my rest.

My flight was delayed by almost 4 hours, which was incredibly frustrating. But when I checked in, Ann at the front desk said, 'You've had a tough journey,' and it instantly gave me a boost of energy. She also noticed I had two kids and gave us two fridge magnets. Such thoughtful observation! It might seem like a small detail, but those little things really matter. The location is excellent, right next to SKP, just a 5-minute walk. The breakfast was delicious, and the variety was quite good. I stayed for 8 days and 7 nights, and I even wanted to book for another two days, but unfortunately, my itinerary didn't allow it, haha. After I checked out, I received an email saying I'd left something behind. I asked what it was, and it turned out to be just a hair tie and a hair clip, only worth a few dollars. But it shows they really care about their guests. I usually have trouble sleeping, but the soundproofing was decent. The slippers were soft and comfortable. The cleaning staff were always smiling and very polite.
