I was very happy with choosing JW for this trip, and I'm very grateful to Angel for helping us with all the arrangements. The room had an expansive view, and the river view at night was beautiful. The complimentary anniversary cake was a delightful surprise, and all the room services were excellent. After a tiring day, soaking in the tub in the room was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast at the Navigation Kitchen was also good, with special shout-outs to the scallion cream cheese and the European bread slices. I'll definitely consider this brand again for future needs.

An excellent experience. I stayed on the 44th floor, facing east, which offered a splendid view of the sunrise 🌅 and Pudong's 'three-piece suit' (referring to its iconic skyscrapers). Although the room was a bit small, it was quite comfortable for one person. In the mornings and evenings, I enjoyed watching the countless lights of nearby residential buildings, the constant flow of cars on the highway, and pedestrians 🚶 moving like ants on the streets. Both breakfast and the front desk are on the 38th floor, surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows 🪟, allowing you to savor delicious food while gazing into the distance. Check-in included a 30% discount voucher for the hotel restaurant. The restaurant was quite quiet and empty in the evenings. The swimming pool is on the 7th floor, requiring two elevator transfers to reach. It's a heated pool with excellent water quality 👍. The housekeeping staff were consistently polite and smiled. Front desk service was also efficient and quick. The 50 RMB charge for 24-hour underground parking could perhaps be waived. Overall, it was a great stay.

I wasn't going to write this, as the hotel staff were actually quite nice, but their unprofessionalism was just too much.

1) Starting at 11 PM, there was a persistent banging sound in my room. I asked housekeeping to check it out. They spent over half an hour, but the noise didn't stop, and I never got a response. I ended up running around the entire building in my bathrobe to find the source myself. It turned out to be renovations happening in the women's changing room downstairs at that late hour. When I finally found the front desk, they didn't immediately address it and asked me to wait for the manager (it was almost midnight, and I was very lightly dressed). The manager eventually arrived and communicated with the renovation crew, and finally, I could get some sleep. If I had waited for the hotel to resolve it, I probably wouldn't have gotten any rest.

2) As compensation, I negotiated with the hotel to waive the cost of one person's buffet dinner from the previous night (a 300 fee). I thought that was settled. However, when I checked my bill back home, the charge was an *additional* 300, not a deduction of 300.

3) The hotel pool is excellent, but it closes at 9 PM. I chatted with someone at the fitness center, and they said it's because there are fewer people after 9 PM, and they think it's a waste of electricity??? This is a JW Marriott, and it costs 1500 a night!

4) I'm not a Marriott Bonvoy member, so overall, it felt like I paid the most money but received the most basic amenities.

On the positive side, the hardware is generally good, the rooms are spacious, and the pool is very comfortable – these are all commendable aspects. The soft services, however, are simply beyond words.

I came here due to its reputation and was utterly captivated by this place's style and quality. Even though it's been open for a while, it still exudes an air of understated luxury, perfectly embodying what it means to be timeless and enduring. This experience is truly a rare find.

The moment you step inside, you're enveloped by a sense of refinement and opulence. There's no deliberate ostentation, but rather a subtle, sophisticated elegance. Every fixture, every detail has been meticulously crafted, with carefully selected materials and graceful lines. It's a blend of vintage and luxury, imbued with a profound sense of history that comes with age, as if every corner holds a story from time past – quiet yet undeniably grand.

What's most surprising is that even after years of operation, it's maintained as if it were brand new. The walls, soft furnishings, and facilities are all impeccably preserved, showing no signs of wear or age. The cleanliness and quality are consistently top-notch. You can clearly feel the dedication and passion of the owners, who have transformed the marks of time into a unique charm rather than flaws of old age. It possesses both the graceful dignity of old-school luxury and the refined state of something completely new. These two qualities merge perfectly, offering a warmth and depth that new places lack, and an exquisite refinement that old places often miss.

Being here, you can feel the historical ambiance shaped by time, while also enjoying the ultimate in luxurious comfort. The service throughout is attentive and thoughtful, perfectly matching the high-end tone of the place – not overly intrusive, but just right. Whether you're relaxing for a short while or immersing yourself in the experience, it's incredibly comforting. This beauty, which remains radiant through the years, is truly unforgettable. It's definitely a treasure worth revisiting again and again, having truly perfected the art of blending luxury with a sense of history.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time and definitely give it a five-star rating!

Service: The front desk proactively upgraded me to a high-floor scenic room on the 26th floor for free. The expansive view instantly elevated my experience. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm and professional, truly embodying the JW Marriott's hospitality.

Excellent Family-Friendly Details: When traveling with children, details are paramount. The hotel specially prepared an exclusive toiletries set and children's slippers for my child. These thoughtful little surprises delighted my child, and as a parent, I was very touched.

Accommodation Experience: We requested an extra bed, and the response was very quick. The bed was comfortable and clean, and our family of three had a very pleasant stay. The room facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a quiet night's rest.

Dining Quality: Both breakfast and dinner were superb, with exquisite presentations and a rich variety of choices. Whether Chinese or Western, all needs were met, and the dining environment was very comfortable. The hotel even offered an extra complimentary breakfast for my second child, which was a very considerate touch.

Summary: Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this hotel is highly reliable. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen!

Seriously, you can't always trust negative reviews; everyone has different expectations, and when we're on vacation, the goal is to be happy and satisfied with everything. I remember one day we returned to the hotel early, and our room had already been tidied. My sunglasses, which I'd left out that morning, had a new cleaning cloth next to them, and my child's phone cable was neatly organized with a cable clip. It was incredibly thoughtful. After resting for a bit, we went to the hotel pool. The outdoor pool on the M floor offers views of the Burj Khalifa. I didn't expect the room to be cleaned again, but when we returned, it was! All my valuable jewelry I'd left on the nightstand was still there. Later, when we went out for dinner, we actually ran into the two young men doing the turndown service, and they greeted us politely. Honestly, after a tiring day of exploring, returning to a tidy and welcoming room every time, who would even think about finding fault? My only regret is not having exchanged enough foreign currency for tips! 🙉

The Kitchen6 restaurant is enormous. You might think you've been seated in a really out-of-the-way spot, but there are coffee machines, toasters, and even duplicate food stations everywhere, even in the far corners. It couldn't be more convenient. Although this hotel was recommended to me because it had Chinese food, I never actually ate any. There's no need to insist on Chinese food. The steamed fish, however, was excellent; I had it twice. Everything else was random, and my stomach was incredibly stable for days. Oh, and by the way, the cappuccino the hostess made for me on the first day was so thoughtful – she even gave me a milk pitcher and a shot of espresso on the side. Have all the 'five-star' hotels I've stayed at before been fakes? 🙉

One of the amazing stays I made in Dubai, I actually celebrated my husband’s birthday along with my business trip, I requested the hotel for special arrangements and I am really grateful for their support and nice arrangements.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and for sure I will recommend this hotel for all: as the hotel is luxury, JW kitchen’s food is so delicious, the location is amazing next to one of the best malls in Dubai, connected to Dubai Marina where you can find a number or restaurants and cafes and you will also be able to take a boat/ yacht trips.
Thanks to all the staff at the hotel as all were friendly and respectful.
