Far from metro stations, but alright to take bus or bikes. The swimming pool is great. Walk to the nearest shopping mall takes around 15 mins, and there are many cherryblossom trees around, which is very beautiful during spring.

I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel this time. The view from the balcony was great, and I got to enjoy the hot springs and swimming multiple times. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also fantastic. The photographer was excellent at guiding poses, and the final pictures turned out beautifully. I took the photos inside the hotel because it was too cold outside, and the photographer created a really rich variety of shooting scenarios. This two-day, one-night weekend getaway was extremely satisfying. Highly recommend!

Environment: The air conditioning's heating was problematic. After skiing, I got back around 9 PM and turned the AC to the highest setting, but it stayed at 19.5 degrees Celsius for a long time. The hallway and lobby were warmer than my room. I called the front desk, and they sent a faulty electric heater. A technician then came to replace it, and by the time everything was sorted, it was past 11 PM. The breakfast was also just mediocre.
Service: I asked the front desk for two garbage bags. The staff member said they had them but kept serving other guests and didn't ask a colleague to help me. I stood there waiting for five or six minutes, but no one brought them. In the end, I had to ask a cleaning lady myself. The uncle at the entrance who greets guests was very nice; he always helped with luggage when getting in and out of the car.
Facilities: There were only two bottles of Bing Lu (water) in the room.
