"Отель неплохой. 15 минут ехать на такси до центра Бодрума. Такси приезжает быстро, вызывать на ресепшен. Плюсы: только взрослые, нет криков детей. С утра много свободных лежаков на пляже и у бассейна, мало людей на завтраке ( все спят). Вкусная еда, много всего, качественная. Быстрое обслуживание в ресторане, ребята большие молодцы. Минусы: пляжные полотенца по карточкам, менять нельзя в течение дня. Приходится таскать туда-сюда до/после обеда. И главный минус - ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ фен в номере, который моментально выключается и перегревается. Ну и нормальный алкоголь за доп плату. Кошки бегают везде , ходят в туалет прямо на пляже (("

"I would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too."

"Reception is attentive and client oriented. Paid upgrade to Garden view (to get king bed instead of twin bed) was not worth it. Breakfast very good and restaurant Attiko top notch. Although tried to reserve Folie Beach sunbeds in advance, got as hotel guest only on a waiting list. Quiet embarrassing. Hotel’s own beach sunbeds are not so comfy and too close to Holiday Inn’s beach."

"Fantastic staff. They are all very motivated doing their jobs apparently enjoying servicing customers. Special compliments to Deniz bey from the restaurant how he manages the team setting an example for his team. Needless to say special thanks to Azad Hanım and reception team who helped us to settle with a perfect check in as we arrived early. It is well worth the money we paid for. "Pros Location is great and close to everything. Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like). Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol. The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap. Cons The rooms are in need of refurbishment. We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them. No iron is provided so bring your own. The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins. The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either). I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience."

"Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support. The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements."

"The hotel offers beautiful facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, and an excellent water park that children will truly enjoy. Unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by a disappointing level of service. Service around the pools was virtually non-existent, and the dining area was often poorly maintained, with tables left uncleared for extended periods. It was also common to wait a long time for basic items such as cutlery. In addition, the food selection was quite repetitive, with very little variety throughout our stay. Having visited Bodrum several times and stayed at a number of resorts in the area, I can honestly say this was the most disappointing in terms of service. I expected a much higher standard, especially given the hotel’s facilities and reputation. Overall, if you’re looking for a truly relaxing, high-quality resort with attentive service, I would recommend considering other options. I left feeling disappointed and, unfortunately I’m happy to leave"
