The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be pushed together for couples or separated for friends/children (When the trundles are pushed together there is a seam down the middle) Then the last bedroom is a "loft" that overlooks the living area. It does not have a door and there is less privacy than in the other 3 bedrooms. There is a Full/Double sized futon in the loft. All Bedrooms have Air Conditioning except the loft. (fans are provided in the loft and air from the living room does circulate up there if you leave the living room AC on)As mentioned above the home has 4 bedrooms however if you rent the House at the base price, only one bedroom will be unlocked and the rest will be locked off and you will not get access to these rooms.
