The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Our room was spotless, well-arranged, with great natural light and ventilation. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, making for a very comfortable and reassuring stay. Overall, a fantastic experience.

We were a large group this trip, so finding a suitable place to eat was a bit challenging, but other than that, everything else was satisfactory. The staff were friendly and made a great effort to accommodate us and ensure our comfort. It took a while to walk to Fengjia Night Market, but overall, we were still pleased.

The first day we arrived there was a city cleaning and so there were so many cockroaches on the first floor but the staff was trying to clean it and it's not their fault. The rooms are very spacious and nice. Breakfast also included and very delicious. (The fries are the besttttt) Tho you have to walk a bit to another hotel, the aunty there is really nice! They no longer provide you plastic amenities but i guess that's for every hotel in Taiwan. Overall a really nice place to stay!

Very good hotel.

Location is good for shopping: Yizhou night market is opposite the road. Many trendy shops and a huge department store just down the road. Very centralised to places of interest.

The beds are firm and comfortable. The whole hotel feels clean and well maintained. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Taichung Station, the Second Market, and Miyahara Eye Hospital. The room is spacious and even has a small tea table. There's no door to the bathroom, but luckily the shower area is big enough, otherwise water would splash everywhere.

Check in 4pm is kinda late. Auto locker only allow to store 1 luggage, need front desk to assist if there is more than 1 luggage.

Overall Rating: Worth it for the price
It's a budget-friendly option for those looking for a functional base in the city. Getting here directly from the airport can be a bit of a challenge, takes slightly less than 1.5hrs, with a few mrt transfers. However, the location serves as a great base for daily excursions around the city. Bed was comfortable and firm, no issues with sagging. The room features Toto brand fittings. While these are high-quality fixtures, they could definitely benefit from more consistent maintenance to keep them in top shape. Overall cleanliness is acceptable, but there are areas for improvement. There's some mold in the bathroom grouting, which was a bit of a letdown. The towels provided felt very heavily used. Additionally, be aware that the hotel does not provide separate hand towels, which can be a minor inconvenience.
If you are looking for a comfortable bed and a decent price point, this is a fair choice. While the bathroom maintenance and towel quality aren't perfect, the cost-to-comfort ratio makes it a viable option for travelers who plan to spend most of their day out exploring.

The hotel is located near Shandao Temple MRT station, about a 10-minute walk away. There's a convenience store and a popular breakfast spot nearby. The room itself is relatively small, and the bathroom, which has a separate shower and toilet, feels a bit cramped. However, it was very clean. They don't provide disposable toiletries, except for slippers, and there's no complimentary bottled water – just a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. The soundproofing isn't great; I occasionally heard noises from the neighboring room. Overall, it's a very clean and straightforward hotel. It's okay for a solo traveler.
