Nice room and best location. Only 5 minutes walk to the central station. The staff is really nice and helpful.
The only negative point - there is a construction site next to the hotel. It's really noisy early in the morning so we have to wake up early.

Great location, at Storgata where you can get to most places in Oslo. Close to Oslo S too, so easy to get to from Airport as well. The staff weren't particularly friendly and the luggage storage was at basement, so it was kind of troublesome because the lift only serves till level 1. Like other reviewers, also found some strands of hair on linen.

The room lighting is very uncomfortable as it is far too dim.
The policy of cleaning the room only on the 4th day of stay is quite unusual and negatively affects sleep comfort.
The bed is overly soft and feels closer to the quality of a rollaway bed.
On a positive note, the hotel lobby is well designed and the location is fairly strategic.
As an additional observation, visiting Oslo during Christmas is not advisable, as most shops and restaurants are closed for up to three days, making the city extremely quiet, almost like a ghost town.

The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on Karl Johan Street, close to the main church, the Royal Palace, Oslo Opera House and other attractions and the train station. The breakfast is also good, and free self-service coffee is provided on the mezzanine of the 1st and 2nd floors. The only drawback is that the facilities are so-so. When I stayed for the second time, the curtains were broken, and there was no staff to repair them and I couldn't change the room~~

Overall, everything was excellent and I was extremely satisfied. The hotel's proximity to the airport is a huge plus, as it's only a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights or late-night arrivals. The complimentary breakfast was decent.

Comfort hotel is easy to locate. It’s in the city centre. Walking distance from the port, old town, malls, pubs, restaurants and many more. The staff were helpful and always in smile and help to meet the needs of the clients. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, rich and fresh. I have no complaints in overall. My room was clean, in a quiet area and far from the lift. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely comeback here when in visit again Bergen!

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Just turn left out from the door of the restricted area. Walk along the passageway until you reach the lift and staircas leading down to the basement. The few minutes walk is all indoor, so you don't even need to hand carrying the water jacket with you. The first stop of the hotel is a self check-in iPad station. Yet, the actual check-in counter is in the bar next to it; which they called it a Barception. The room is tiny. It might be difficult for 2 persons to share their twins room. The bathroom is tiny, too. It might again be difficult for an adult man to take a shower in that diamond shape shower room (because one of the corners was cut to free up space).  Only all in one shower and hair washing liquid is available.

Comfort Hotel Helsinki Airport boasts an excellent location, practically within the airport, making it incredibly convenient for transit passengers or those arriving on early mornings. The rooms are clean and quiet with modern amenities, but are somewhat small, making them more suitable for short stays. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the breakfast is plentiful and served early – a thoughtful touch. Overall, it offers good value for money and is an ideal choice for overnight or short-stay stays.
