I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the facilities are very good.

I was visiting on a business trip and stayed in the apartment room with an internal balcony overlooking the water at Canary Wharf. The view is fantastic. The room itself is extremely spacious and comfortable, so I had no complaints there.

One thing to note is that this is not a typical hotel that offers full room service. On my second or third day, I asked whether the bed linen could be changed and fresh towels provided, and I was told that this service is not usually available. Although I was told it would be done as a one off, nothing was actually taken care of. The extra towels were left on the sofa, the wet towels were still where I had left them, and the bed had not been tidied. That was a little disappointing, but it was the only downside.

Overall, I would still give this place top stars, mainly because of the exceptional service from one staff member in particular. I believe his name was Ziav, although I am not 100% sure I have spelled it correctly. He was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and you could tell he genuinely cared about guests being comfortable. His hospitality was 10 out of 10, and it is rare to meet someone who so clearly enjoys their job and goes out of their way to help. If management is reading this, I hope he receives some kind of recognition.

I would happily stay here again. Aside from adding a clearer room service or housekeeping option, everything was amazing.

The room pictures are very different from the actual room. The actual room is very small and feels very depressing. It is not even 32 square meters. The location is relatively safe. The tourist attractions are 2-3 kilometers away. There is a subway station at the door (although I didn't take it). There is a supermarket downstairs. There are several friendly guys at the front desk. However, I left something at the hotel when I checked out on the last day. I found it immediately, but when I went back to ask, they said it was gone (speechless)

It's very new and comfortable. It's very big in the financial district and very convenient. It's just a subway station. It's a hotel-style apartment. It takes ten minutes to leave the hotel to put your luggage in a group hotel. Normally there is no one at the front desk here, but you can call me via whtapp at any time. connect

What a great apprentment and location. If you are visiting Liverpool this is the place to stay. Slap bang in the city centre with everything at your doorstep. Will stay here again and recommend anyone to stay here as it was spot on in every aspect bar one which is it would be amazing if they had Air conditioning as it got very hot in the apprentment. However there was a portable fan which helped.

The front desk is very attentive and the lobby is gigantic. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you need to change bed sheets or towels, they help immediately. Good internet speed, large fridge and kitchen stove. Toilet and shower in separate rooms. 4 washing machines and 3 dryers, all free to use. A small gym, but good enough. Nice air conditioner in the room and ask that you want a washing machine in your room, or else you will get a dishwasher.
