I stayed at Dash Living Ryogoku in Ryogoku for my business trip to Tokyo, and overall I'm satisfied! The self-check-in was very convenient; although there wasn't much service, the process was smooth and the instructions were clear. The place was incredibly clean, and the facilities were relatively new, which made for a comfortable stay. The room was quite large for Japan, with plenty of space to open my suitcase. It offers great value for money – definitely worth it for such a spacious room at this price. The surrounding amenities are good; there are two convenience stores nearby, making daily life very convenient. It's about a ten-minute walk from the subway station, which is a bit of a distance, but overall I highly recommend it!

This guesthouse operates on a self-service model, and our 7-day, 6-night stay did not include any housekeeping. Its location is quite good, with a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree right from the entrance, and it's a short walk from the subway station. While this particular subway line isn't a major transportation hub, it's still quite impressive for the price and its convenient location.

The interior of the guesthouse is quite spacious and well-equipped with attractive amenities, including a smart TV, gas stove, microwave, oven, and washing machine. These practical appliances, combined with nearby supermarkets and convenience stores, allow for a unique and comfortable travel experience.

The only drawback of this guesthouse is that moving chairs can cause noise and vibrations that might disturb the neighbors. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to get around, close to the station, a park, and especially close to Tokyo Tower. You can check in with Tokyo Tower every day after sightseeing. The room is fully equipped, the furniture is a bit old, but it's hygienic and clean. The wooden floor in the bedroom creaks a bit when you walk on it. Most rooms have balconies and airy windows with natural light. The room is much more spacious than other hotels, and you can comfortably open your luggage. The actual room looks just like the pictures. The room has a washing machine, but there's no drying rack on the balcony. You can dry clothes in the bathroom and turn on the exhaust fan to the 'Dry' setting. The only downside is the noise because the hotel is located right on the main road and near an intersection. Otherwise, everything is reasonable for the price.

The accommodation is safe, spacious, and suitable for families with children. There is enough space for kids to walk around and for storing belongings comfortably. It also comes fully equipped with kitchen appliances and laundry facilities.

Although it's close to Tokyo Tower, you can't actually see the tower from the room. It's convenient to walk there for sightseeing at night and then come back to sleep. There's a kitchen, which is great for those who want to cook, but if you're only staying a few days, you won't use it, and for longer stays, the price is a bit high. Having a washing machine is a huge plus, but you'll need to air dry your clothes. The window screen isn't perfectly sealed, so we had mosquitoes at night. I recommend going to a sento (public bath) at night before returning.

Our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) really enjoyed our stay at Dash Living Tsukiji.
1. The location is a major plus: there are three different subway stations within walking distance, which made getting around Tokyo—and beyond—very convenient.
2. The apartment had everything necessary to prepare breakfast or dinner and for everyone to relax comfortably; the bathroom, washing machine, iron, and hair dryer—all of this made us feel right at home during our nearly two-week trip.
3. Check-in was convenient: detailed instructions allowed for a contactless check-in at a time that suited me, and all my questions prior to the trip were answered very thoroughly and promptly via email.
4. The support team responded promptly and kindly to every request; when we ran out of shampoo, they offered to replenish it immediately, and when we needed a pillow, it was brought to us right after I sent the request. Thank you!
5. A 24-hour supermarket offering food and coffee is just two minutes away, and the famous Tsukiji Fish Market is literally across the street—perfect for enjoying the freshest seafood for breakfast or lunch.

I highly recommend it for a couple or a family visiting Tokyo.

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish.
Attached a few photos for your reference.

The room is very new and cozy, featuring a decently sized walk-in closet, which is ideal for a family of three. The surroundings are very quiet, and it's about a 2-kilometer walk to Ginza.

Some of the stuff such as scoop for laundry detergent/ small cup for the iron were not provided. There was dirt on the walls. Also the TV was not plugged in and didn’t have a long enough cable to plug into the wall. The internet was also spotty at best. I’ve stayed at their Ryogoku location, was much better experience than this, thought it would more of the same, I was disappointed. The location however is impeccable, very close to the station, very easy to travel to most places. Also very close to the big malls within the Shinjuku area.

Busy but good hotel in central TST location. Rooms are of good size with lots of storage space and modern design. Very friendly.and helpful staff!

It was clean and big. Just as show. In the pictures. No complains and had a nice view to see outside! We lost an item outside from the delivery courier so it was a bit problematic the non security. It felt like it was a bit unsafe.

Clean, modern room.. size was fair for HK.
Great location.
But the bathroom drainage is seriously poor...water pools on the floor after every shower, which is both annoying and unsafe.
Fix this and it'd be a solid 4-star stay.

Review: Dash Living Rochor, Singapore 🇸🇬✨

We had a nice stay at Dash Living Rochor! The location was definitely one of the highlights. It’s conveniently located near an MRT station, which made getting around Singapore really easy and convenient, especially when we were out exploring. 🚇

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The area is also very lively, with a strong Indian community nearby, as many people live and run businesses in the neighborhood. Little India is just around the area, so you’ll definitely experience that local atmosphere.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location and accessibility were the biggest pluses for us, making it a practical choice for exploring Singapore. 🇸🇬✨

I had a wonderful stay at Aura Hotel Mackenzie! The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff.

A special thank you to Jernis, Sarah, Alan, Nurul, Leong and Rista for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Each of them was warm, professional and always happy to help with a smile.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. Thank you all! I look forward to staying here again!
