Excellent 12 nights stay at this unit. Tucked in a quiet side of Tsukiji neighbourhood, the location is strategic - very close to bus stops and the metro. Being 10 mins away by taxi to Tokyo Station allowed us to go out of Tokyo frequently and returning back to the apartment late without worry of transportation. The apartment is spacious and having washing machine in the apartment is super helpful. We experienced issue with hot water in the bath but that was resolved really quickly by the service agent. Overall a good experience with Dash Living and I would return to stay here.

First time booking here and we stayed a week in Dec’25, where we unexpectedly found our new favourite place to stay in Tokyo. Location is amazing,in a slightly less hectic part of town but only 3-4 train stops away from the action in Shibuya/ Shinjuku. Importantly, this place is literally next to the subway entrance for Akabenashi.

The place itself is well equipped, very clean and such a luxury in terms of floor space compared to Tokyo standards. We stayed here in 2 different units (2 bookings) where the only minor flaw in the second unit was a non functioning hairdryer and slightly broken air vent cover (particularly important in winter as the cold air can really get inside the unit).

On balance, these were just minor dents in an otherwise immaculate stay here. Location again is key and it is situated close to eateries and konbinis and drug store. Would definitely return.

Pros: The surrounding residential area is relatively quiet, and the room is spacious enough to fully open two 26-inch suitcases. Check-in was smooth, just entering the access codes for the building downstairs and the room door.

Cons: The frustrating part was that room 503, which we were assigned, had no curtains. Later, we realized the entire curtain track was missing and had been removed and placed in a separate compartment (without screws or a screwdriver). We called customer service to discuss this (knowing English was really important, otherwise I wouldn't have known how to explain it). The customer service initially said they'd send someone to check, but then said the maintenance worker wasn't available and would only come tomorrow. I was like, 'Are we supposed to sleep with all the neighbors watching?' I immediately asked if we could switch rooms, and eventually, we moved to room 602, which had curtains. The whole ordeal took over an hour. Sometimes I feel it's better to be cautious when choosing Airbnb-style accommodations in a foreign country; it can be quite troublesome when you really need help.

This guesthouse operates on a self-service model, and our 7-day, 6-night stay did not include any housekeeping. Its location is quite good, with a direct view of the Tokyo Skytree right from the entrance, and it's a short walk from the subway station. While this particular subway line isn't a major transportation hub, it's still quite impressive for the price and its convenient location.

The interior of the guesthouse is quite spacious and well-equipped with attractive amenities, including a smart TV, gas stove, microwave, oven, and washing machine. These practical appliances, combined with nearby supermarkets and convenience stores, allow for a unique and comfortable travel experience.

The only drawback of this guesthouse is that moving chairs can cause noise and vibrations that might disturb the neighbors. Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean for the price.

The location was also good, and I was satisfied.

✖️The key code I received was incorrect, so entry wasn't smooth.
✖️I called support, but they only spoke English (no Chinese or Japanese).
✖️I paid for extra cleaning, but the arrangements were troublesome.

The room was very good, so I hope they improve their support in this area.

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish.

This was probably one of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had while traveling alone. When I first tried to check in, the code didn’t work, and it took quite a while before I could finally get into the room. A few days later, the air conditioner started leaking and never reached a comfortable temperature, so I had to switch it to fan mode. The environment wasn’t very comfortable, and on top of that, customer service got my check-out time wrong and responded to my questions in a less-than-polite manner. It’s a pity, because I actually like this place, but I don’t think I’ll be able to choose it again.

I've stayed in a hotel in Shibuya before, and it was only 12 square meters for 2,000 yuan a night. I had to walk sideways to fit my suitcase, and I couldn't even spread it out on the bed. Plus, it was even louder than the train tracks, so my sleep-deprived colleague had to change hotels overnight. 😂

After that experience, I've become disenchanted with so-called hotels in Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Ginza. For the same budget of under 2,000 yuan, this 40-square-meter apartment at Fleg Higashiazabu comes with a kitchen, a separate wet and dry bath and toilet, a large dining table, a large refrigerator (the freezer is much better than the hotel's tiny minibar, so I bought a lot of ice cream), plenty of hangers and a washing machine, a long sofa, and a TV.

Overall, it's very nice and fully equipped, with laundry detergent, insect repellent, deodorizing spray, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and facial cleanser. Towels and bath towels are per person, and for the two of us, they provided two sets, but you can bring your own. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and utensils, including cups, bowls, cutlery, and chopsticks.
Separate your own trash: simply separate recyclable bottles and cans from other dry trash. The garbage room is on the left side of the entrance on the ground floor; just take your own trash downstairs when you check out.
We stayed on the top floor, which had a good-sized balcony. It was generally quiet, with minimal traffic. The subway is right downstairs, and there's a drugstore and a supermarket, which was very convenient. The Eiffel Tower is right outside, and several popular photo spots are within walking distance—no need to envy them. However, I recommend walking around on your own; many photo spots are great for taking photos, but queuing up at popular spots is boring when there are so many people.

It is a newly renovated small apartment 2 minutes walk from Tiger Gate Hill. The room is not small in Tokyo. The basic facilities in the kitchen are all available. Quite suitable for small stay ～

Great location, within walking distance to Victoria Harbour. Plenty of dining options right outside, which is super convenient! Laundry service is in the basement, and there's also a recreational lounge. However, the washing machines aren't great. The laundry pods I put in didn't dissolve properly, so my clothes didn't have that fresh detergent scent when I took them out! Since these are washer-dryer combos, it suggests the machine isn't using enough water.

This hotel offers great value for solo travelers. Located on Hollywood Road, it is within walking distance of Central, Soho, and Sheung Wan, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Like most hotels in Hong Kong, the room is very small, but it is clean and tidy.

The basic room is very compact, bed is low like Japanese futon inspired, but shower facilities all work well, even folding desk by the bed. Perfect room for just sleeping the night. Reception on the third floor. Assistant there helped me to contact online reception. Large common kitchen at reception if you have time to cook or eat deliveries. Location is good for bars and Man Mo temple walking distance. Nearby breakfast places open around 10am. Prepare your own slippers and tooth brush and teeth paste.

I enjoyed the location the most,, walk 20MINS to HAJI LANE , MUSTAFA ... 5MINS to the nearest MRT ..

Self- Service 

This place uses a digjtal  is a self service kiosk .. whereby you need to go to the counter to talk with a online eceptionist fr check-in & out. Easy peasy if youve booked from trip.com 

Bustling

Very crowded noisy area as its bustling with traffics , temples & nearest coffee shops.. not quite secluded areas for solo travellers who wished to looked for a quite undisturb sleep. Coffee shops and shops ard the area will close at a certain timing.

Amenities

Thy provide a communal kitchen & laundry area right beside the lifts . Fridge , microwaves , dinning tables , iron boards, iron, kitchen sinks , laundry dryer & washer too .. as it's communal it's 1st come 1st serve basis. Not bad.

The carpet flooring has a squeaky noise , thin like floorings, carpets looked worked out. My

The hotel was very good, clean, and tidy. I stayed in room 409 and will definitely stay here again in the future. There are restaurants downstairs near the hotel, and it's only an 8-10 minute walk to the subway station.
