Checked in and checked out process was smooth. They do have staff on site to help on if there’s issues. Location wise is good, close to Ginza, and train station  .. about 5-10mins walking. Room facilities was ok. It will be helpful if they can provides slippers in the room. I’m not sure what went wrong, Im having issue with the bidet, it doesn’t dispensing water and I’ve contacted the support team on this. Maybe they can check on this to ensure that all are ok before the guest checked in. 

Overall, I’m a happy guest. Definitely will recommend this place to friends and on my lists for whenever I visit Tokyo again.

Basically not a hotel but staying in a single room apartment. Hence it’s much more spacious than any hotel room of that price, but no amenities like slippers, pajamas, toothbrush etc. does have towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner and laundry detergent. There is a toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, stove; laundry machine and toilet dryer. Wifi no issues. You also need to dispose of your own rubbish at the end. 

Location wise it’s a bit far from train stations but you can take the bus pretty easily. The neighbourhood is v quiet. Remember to lock the door cos it’s not auto lock. 

I could not find the laundry detergent initially and the service team replied to emails quite quickly to help me find it. No issues with communication in English too! 

Main gripe is the cleanliness is a bit off, I found a strand of hair under the pillow on my bed and the plates had some brown stains so I didn’t use them in the end.

Large apartment-style accommodation located close to the Asakusa line subway, area is nice and quiet yet right beside all of the action that Tokyo offers. Perfect for solo travellers or couples looking for some extra space while staying in the city. Amenities provided were great, and the balcony was a nice bonus also. Highly recommend!!

Apartment isn’t exactly as shown in photos and is a little more dated but functional for a quick trip. It’s small but that’s to be expected for Tokyo, saying that it’s clean and tidy and has everything you need. The location is close to the underground and to a lot of restaurants and amenities but be warned the motorway is quite loud at night as boy racers love to race around the area. My only other complaint is the light coming through the side window from the Tower which made the room as bright as daylight, it really needs a black out blind and if it had that it would get a much better rating.

The room was spacious and clean for the price.

The location was also good, and I was satisfied.

✖️The key code I received was incorrect, so entry wasn't smooth.
✖️I called support, but they only spoke English (no Chinese or Japanese).
✖️I paid for extra cleaning, but the arrangements were troublesome.

The room was very good, so I hope they improve their support in this area.

The pictures don’t do this place justice.  Amazing accommodations and bigger than we thought it would be.  Great location and very close to a subway station, Tokyo Tower, TeamLab.  Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was probably one of the less pleasant experiences I’ve had while traveling alone. When I first tried to check in, the code didn’t work, and it took quite a while before I could finally get into the room. A few days later, the air conditioner started leaking and never reached a comfortable temperature, so I had to switch it to fan mode. The environment wasn’t very comfortable, and on top of that, customer service got my check-out time wrong and responded to my questions in a less-than-polite manner. It’s a pity, because I actually like this place, but I don’t think I’ll be able to choose it again.

It is a newly renovated small apartment 2 minutes walk from Tiger Gate Hill. The room is not small in Tokyo. The basic facilities in the kitchen are all available. Quite suitable for small stay ～

I highly recommend this location for all tourists or business travelers. It is in downtown Tokyo and a nice neighborhood; there are many Michelin-starred restaurants nearby. The common area is very clean, not like what Google reviews mentioned. My friend and I had a good time there. The room design is also very modern and stylish.

Location is fairly decent and very convenient for shopping. However, the room size is quite small and the double bed is just a queen size bed as compared to the photo shown online. Room amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers and bottle water were not provided.

The location is great and convenient transportation ! 
A lot of good restaurants and Instagram recommended restaurants nearby! 
Room is very clean but only the room is small

The room is small (well, this is Hong Kong ) , but CLEAN
24 hours reception service is good , Kelly and Yoyo are helpful 
The public kitchen is clean
Overall is ok but be careful about the Fresh up drink machine if you use ANZ bank , it may take more than two days to get your deposit !

Great hotel, great location! Clean and nice rooms.

Hotel is self service though there are people you can video call for issues. I did not use the video calls but did ask some questions to the in app chat such as where the laundry room was and was a fine experience.

There is no hand soap in the bathroom, though there are shampoo and shower gel. Laundry room is great. There did seem to be an issue with the QR codes you scan in room, being assigned to the wrong room so make sure you mention the room number if you reach out over app

I had a wonderful stay at Aura Hotel Mackenzie! The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff.

A special thank you to Jernis, Sarah, Alan, Nurul, Leong and Rista for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Each of them was warm, professional and always happy to help with a smile.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable stay. Thank you all! I look forward to staying here again!
