We had a pleasant stay at the resort during our visit to the penguin parade. The amenities were well-equipped and complete, making our time there comfortable and enjoyable.

One small suggestion — it would be great if the resort could provide additional trash bags, as the ones supplied were not quite sufficient for our needs.

The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. One improvement that would greatly enhance the checkout experience is the introduction of an express checkout option, such as a key drop-off box, to avoid having to queue at the counter just to return our keys.

Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend the resort to others!

We chose a one-bedroom apartment at the Wyndham Melbourne for our family trip, and our overall stay was very satisfying. The hotel environment is excellent, with convenient access to surrounding areas and a prime location. The staff were warm, polite, and responsive, always patiently helping with any issues.

The apartment itself is very well-equipped and spacious, giving it a strong home-like feel, perfect for a family. The room has great natural light and views, and all daily necessities are provided. The common areas are also very well-maintained.

Overall, our stay was comfortable and reassuring, offering great value for money, making it ideal for family travel. This stay exceeded our expectations, and if we visit Melbourne again, we would definitely prioritize this hotel. We highly recommend it to other families traveling to Melbourne.

The hotel has great floor-to-ceiling window views. If you contact them in advance, they can even make up the sofa bed for you. There's a tram stop right downstairs, and it's only 500 meters to a large Woolworths supermarket, 800 meters to Coles, and 500 meters to the main bustling commercial street. The dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, and fridge are all fully equipped.

The only downside is that there's no daily housekeeping, and most of the power outlets on the living room wall were broken.
