We booked 2 double timber spa room for 5 of us as there were no other family suite available. We were assigned 601 and 701, which was 1 floor above each other. No connecting room as the other room on the same floor is another configuration.
The room was clean and it was nice to be able to have our laundry washed. Instructions were clear during check in. They also had some green tea leaves for us to make and drink. Water bottles were provided in the fridge.

When we checked in to our room, we found an old slipper under the bed that the housekeeper didnt clean from the last guest's stay.

The room has no place to put the luggages. We has to clear the coffee table to put our luggage.

The spa tub/pool is fairly takes up quite a lot of space. We barely used it. If you want to use bath bombs, you must use the hotel's bath bomb (buy separately). But the noise from the tub draining (even if its other floors) is super loud so they dont let you use the tub after 11pm.

The layout of the room is super weird. The ”shower room” and ”toilet room” is opposite each other. A bit inconvenient, especially for ladies. The shower also leaks out so the floor gets super wet (even with a towel). 

The door also doesnt have an additional lock and no peep hole to check who is outside if anyone knocks which can be quite dangerous as no keycard is required to go up the elevator. The door is also quite thin and you can hear the room next door. You could also hear cars that drive by.

The tv in the room when we tried to turn up the volume to the loudest (34) still barely had any sound. The hotel staff tried to fix it but failed. Also the room doesnt have any phone so you need to add their kakao/whatsapp/wechat to contact hotel staff which is also quite inconvenient.

The light configuration in the room is also quite awkward.

Only hotel that can accommodate 3~4 pax in the same room. But definitely wouldnt choose this hotel again if I dont need to.

Staff were courteous and the location was fantastic. It's perfect for families, offering in-room cooking and laundry facilities. The only drawback was the noise at night from the karaoke bar directly opposite, which made it quite loud. Nonetheless, I would still choose to stay here on my next visit.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom private city suite with a floor to ceiling window with a view of the Seoul Tower. Very clean, modern and cozy space with a small living room area to put shopping and open up luggages. The actual bedrooms just fit a double bed, small wardrobe and vanity desk. 
It’s located directly opposite the Lotte Outlet mall and Seoul station on a quieter street. Very convenient for the blue line and a 10 min walk to the green circle line. There are many small cafes, convenience stores downstairs and a famous Japanese Yuzu noodle restaurant next door. 
It’s my second time staying at a UH suite property and there is a consistent standard of zen type decor, cleanliness and helpful front desk staff.

Title: Great Stay with Friendly Staff and Clean Rooms

I stayed at UH Suite for three nights during a business trip, and overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service and the complimentary bottled water and toiletries provided.

The location was convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, which made it easy to get around the city. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the hotel also had a small fitness center and a nice rooftop lounge area with a great view.

The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited options and could be improved in terms of variety and taste. But aside from that, everything else was excellent.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

It is a 2-3 minute walk from Gangnam Station on the Shinbundang Line and the bus stop, and there are Mega Coffee, 7-Eleven, and Banapresso nearby, so it is a very convenient location. The room was spacious and clean. Personally, I liked the high quality of the slippers! It also has floor heating, so it seems like you can stay warm even in the cold season. The room had three bedrooms, so I thought it was very suitable for traveling with a large group.
The price was not too high for a hotel in Gangnam.
The only disappointing points were that there was only one trash can in the corner of the room, and the front of the hotel was like a smoking area, so as a non-smoker, there were about 10 people smoking at times, which was unpleasant.

Although there were some shortcomings,
overall it was a very satisfying hotel!

Thank you for your kind and wonderful guidance. The view is really great. And the various furniture and tableware inside are very comfortably installed. There are many cups and plates, many chairs, and a dressing table. It is very well organized so that eight people can stay without any problems. Thank you.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the front desk people are wonderful and accommodating, the room is beautiful. The room also has a cooking area stocked with knives, a cutting board and pans that is very convenient. The hotel also has American/Chinese style wall outlets which is also quite convenient compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in with Korean style wall outlets.

However, the cleaning crew comes once every 3 days. We found a chocolate wrapper and a condom wrapper in the room. (Again the front desk receptionist was wonderful and took care of the leftover trash for us and gave us a free bath bomb as compensation.) As the hotel is right on a walking street, it’s quite noisy all night. If you don’t mind street ambiance/white noise when you sleep, it’s fine. The front desk is also only open from 9am to 6pm which is a bit strange. You also can’t use your own bathroom bombs, you need to buy them from the hotel. In the spa bathtub, the hot water flows extremely slowly and leaks out of the tub a bit from the faucet as it flows. The knob of the bathtub also comes off very easy. The shower also floods the bathroom very easily. And the comforter on the bed is a weird texture that makes a crinkly sound when you move. 

Again, the room is just as beautiful as the pictures show, the floor is nicely heated, and the receptionist went above and beyond for us. My main issues were with the hotel itself.

Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions.

We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room)

The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet)

While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons.

Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)

I was curious because the hotel had ”spa” in its name... and indeed, the hotel room had a large, stone-built bathtub next to the bed.
I thought the room would be humid, but thanks to the good ventilation, it wasn't humid. The water flowed well, so I drew a shallow stream and soaked my feet in the hot water, which was really nice! My feet and legs were sore from walking around so much, but sitting in the hot water felt like my fatigue was quickly disappearing!
The room itself was spacious and clean, so it was comfortable!
However, it's a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk.
Namba Yakasa Shrine, famous for its lion statues, is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend visiting.
