We stayed at UH Suite Myeongdong and absolutely loved it! The suite was modern, clean, and spacious — a big plus when traveling with family. It came with a small kitchen and comfortable beds, making it feel just like home.

The location was excellent — right in the heart of Myeongdong, surrounded by shopping streets, food stalls, and cafes. It was also just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around Seoul super convenient.

Check-in was smooth with clear instructions provided, and everything in the room was well-maintained. We especially appreciated how quiet and cozy the place was, even though it’s in such a lively area.

Highly recommend UH Suite Myeongdong for families or groups looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay in Seoul! We’d definitely come back again.

We were looking for a place that could accommodate six people in one room for our New Year's family trip, and we chose this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, easily allowing everyone to open their suitcases without feeling cramped. It was also very clean, and we were extremely satisfied throughout our stay. The living area and bedroom were separate, providing good privacy. The kitchen had a refrigerator and microwave, so we could do some light cooking. Having two toilets and two shower rooms meant there was no congestion in the mornings or evenings. Although there was no bathtub, only a shower, we could use the spa in the living room for a foot bath, which was great for resting our tired feet after walking around all day. We stayed for three nights, and towels, linen changes, and room cleaning were done every day. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be that the floor didn't seem to be cleaned during housekeeping; there were some hairs (ours) around the vanity, and it would have been perfect if that area had been cleaned too. It was our first trip to Korea, but there was a Japanese-speaking staff member who assisted us with check-in, so check-in and check-out were smooth and problem-free. Since the hotel is located in Gangnam-gu, getting to major tourist spots was a bit of a trek, but it's close to the nearest station and COEX is within walking distance. We used the round-trip bus between the hotel and the airport, and the bus stop was right in front of the hotel, so the location was excellent. We would definitely like to stay at this hotel again if we have the chance.

The hotel entrance is right next to the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store nearby, which was really convenient for getting around. I also want to thank Managers Sky and Han for being incredibly kind and helpful. We were a group of 6 staying for 3 nights, and there was an issue with our reservation that left us feeling flustered. However, thanks to the managers' consideration, we were able to re-book and check into the hotel immediately without any problems. They were also very prompt in cleaning up our trash whenever we requested it, which kept our stay pleasant. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time. Thank you!

The hotel is in a convenient location, with comfortable and clean rooms and a great view of the city from the upper floors. The service at the front desk is excellent, they even checked us in early. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

We spent 6 nights here and absolutely loved our stay! 🩵 The service and communication were amazing — the staff were always respectful, super friendly, and really made things easy for us. I could even ask the reception to help me with delivery orders, which made my trip feel so much lighter and stress-free.

The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially loved the dining area where we could enjoy our meals while watching movies with a great sound system — such a nice touch! The place is well-equipped and thoughtfully designed.

Overall, a lovely stay with one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Korea. Would definitely come back next time! 🌸

I stayed at this place with 3 other girlfriends.  Everything was fine and dandy until the morning of our 3 day staying there.  Right when we were getting ready to head out, a man opened the door and was taking his shoes off in our room.  In shock, one of my friend greeted him thinking he was a housekeeping staff.  He looked equally shocked seeing us in the room.  Then he apologised and quickly put his shoes on n headed back out to the elevator. My friend asked him if he works at the hotel he says he is staying on the 10th floor.  

We proceeded to head to front desk to inform them of what just happened.  The two female staff just kept talking to each other in Korean and I heard the word ‘master’ in English.  I’m wondering if they had programmed his key as a masters key. I have absolutely no clue why or how it happened and they didn’t even try to explain just apologized and offered us 2 bath bombs.  I asked them to get back to us on what exactly happened as there is only one unit per floor and who that person is.

Didn’t hear back from them.  Just saw 2 bath bombs in our room that evening.

Even during check out they never explained to me what happened that morning.

Security: zero stars

Upon checking into the room, the hotel had prepared a room fragrance. The living area in the 6-person room offered ample space, and the room design was minimalist and functional. We were satisfied with the overall cleanliness. The kitchenette was equipped with cooking utensils, and the water pressure and temperature were good. The hotel is conveniently located near various food options, including coffee shops, Kyochon Fried Chicken, BHC Fried Chicken, and grilled beef intestines. However, the drainage in both the sink and shower was very slow. Also, be aware that it can get quite noisy on weekends due to nearby demonstrations.

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall.

Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district  

Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep.  

We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.  

The room is divided into two main sections:  
1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge.  

2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us.  

Some Notes 
1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance.  

2) No traditional lobby.  There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.)  

3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay.

4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days.  

5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed.  

6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.

Location of the hotel was directly opposite Haeundae Beach and it was quite accessible to many of the tourists attractions.

We had a good view of the beach from our room although we found the position of the window to be abit awkward (our room had windows behind the beds and 1 window at the corner of the room)

The bathroom was generously spacious with a bath tub, but not enough surface space to place your comesticsor toiletries (the only available space was by the bath tub, but you would risk getting them all wet)

While the room was definitely smaller than what we expected, we still had a comfortable stay. Definitely not enough space to open luggages to unpack/pack if you're a group of more than 3 persons.

Would consider to stay here again (but maybe at a different room)

I was curious because the hotel had ”spa” in its name... and indeed, the hotel room had a large, stone-built bathtub next to the bed.
I thought the room would be humid, but thanks to the good ventilation, it wasn't humid. The water flowed well, so I drew a shallow stream and soaked my feet in the hot water, which was really nice! My feet and legs were sore from walking around so much, but sitting in the hot water felt like my fatigue was quickly disappearing!
The room itself was spacious and clean, so it was comfortable!
However, it's a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk.
Namba Yakasa Shrine, famous for its lion statues, is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend visiting.
