Great hotel service and in middle of Myeong-dong! Do note the Uber/Taxi apps can’t set pickup point right outside the hotel entrance, you got to walk out to main street, all else is good about the location  

They offer free beer and nachos or popcorn for the movie room. They went out of the way to find me birthday candles which I forgot to bring and can’t find anywhere in Myeong-dong. The room is great and cool concept except there are no windows. Late check-out is also not tolerated. Check-out after 11:10am is chargeable, I requested a-bit more time and only offered till 11:20am else charges start at 20,000KRW. No toothbrush and toothpaste as well, is sold for 6,500KRW for a pack of 2 toothbrushes and toothpaste. Bring your own!

Overall, the room was decent. It was clean and tidy, and they even had essential oil diffusers going every day, which was a nice touch. Besides the towels, the only other amenities were the toiletries on the wall and the water in the fridge – nothing else. The separate toilet and shower were a huge plus, but the shower itself was incredibly tiny and cramped. I didn't use the outdoor spa tub, so I can't comment on that, but the drain for it made gurgling noises every morning. At check-in, one guy spoke excellent English and another spoke great Chinese. However, at check-out, the English speaker wasn't as good. The guy who spoke good Chinese was incredibly helpful and even assisted with calling a taxi! All in all, it was a pretty good experience, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Lotte Mart at Seoul Station, and it's an easy 8-minute walk to Seoul Station for a direct train to the airport. Although the immediate vicinity is quiet, a 5-minute walk brings you to a convenience store and several highly-rated restaurants. There's a laundry room with washers and dryers on the reception floor, and the staff even kindly offered to do my laundry for free and deliver it back to my room – truly thoughtful! The room itself was a bit small; I had to place my suitcase in the living area to open it. The bathroom sink was also quite small, and the kettle provided couldn't fit under the tap, so I had to use a teacup to fill it, which was a minor inconvenience. However, other facilities like the air conditioning, water pressure, and hot water were excellent and very clean. The room also came equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishes, and cutlery, making it very comprehensive. The living room offered an open and comfortable view of Seoul Station! This is a highly recommended hotel!

This place is great because it's close to the station and there are lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. With two rooms and three beds, it could comfortably accommodate even six people. The inside of the accommodation was very clean from the moment we checked in, and the bathroom was really spotless with excellent water pressure in the shower. The long island counter made it easy for a group to eat together, and the sofa and chairs were well-sized and perfectly placed. The bedding was also fresh and comfy. All in all, I think it's a hotel with excellent facilities for the price. The only downside is that since it's located in a busy area, the noise at night can be quite loud, like club music, for example.

Clean and nice accommodation. Reception was helpful to our requests. Much better if a mirror can be added in the smallest room. A small oven in the pantry will be ideal.

The location is unbelievably good. It's right there after crossing the crosswalk twice from Deoksugung Palace. There are also many restaurants and conveniences like Olive Young and convenience stores nearby.

I saw some reviews mentioning drainage issues, but it wasn't too bad if you were a bit careful while showering. The water pressure was strong, which was also satisfactory.

For the rooms with a glass window, it was difficult to block all the light from outside with the curtains, and there was some music and noise. However, I don't think it's a big problem for those who can fall asleep easily.

So incredibly clean and great. I've traveled quite a bit, and this place really stands out in Gangnam. My group of 5 had a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay. It truly felt like an 8-person room.

The private house was an added bonus, and the kids loved it too.

Parking is a bit of a hassle, but for about 30,000-40,000 won, you can park right in front of the convenience store or cafe. Just remember to move your car by 10 AM if you park around 7 PM, otherwise there's a guy who parks cars near the hotel around 7 PM.

If you're unsure, you can always ask at the convenience store.

It might seem a bit pricey, but in Gangnam, unless it's a big hotel, booking through the same app for consecutive nights is the way to go. I just spoke to the hotel directly and they treated my multiple-night booking like a single stay, which was much more convenient. 

Relaxing in the bath after a long day was simply wonderful.

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall.

Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district  

Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep.  

We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering.  

The room is divided into two main sections:  
1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge.  

2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us.  

Some Notes 
1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance.  

2) No traditional lobby.  There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.)  

3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay.

4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days.  

5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed.  

6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.

Stayed at UH Suite The Haeundae and honestly, I’d totally recommend it to friends. The beachfront room is 100% worth it; waking up to the ocean view right in front of you is such a vibe, especially in the morning and at sunset.

The room itself is clean, modern, and quite spacious compared to typical stays in the area. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall design feels cozy but still stylish. Location is also a huge plus, just steps away from Haeundae Beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby.

Service was smooth and hassle-free, and check-in/check-out was easy. Overall, it’s a great mix of comfort, location, and value. If you’re going to Busan, I’d definitely say go for the ocean view room, it really makes the whole experience.

I was curious because the hotel had ”spa” in its name... and indeed, the hotel room had a large, stone-built bathtub next to the bed.
I thought the room would be humid, but thanks to the good ventilation, it wasn't humid. The water flowed well, so I drew a shallow stream and soaked my feet in the hot water, which was really nice! My feet and legs were sore from walking around so much, but sitting in the hot water felt like my fatigue was quickly disappearing!
The room itself was spacious and clean, so it was comfortable!
However, it's a bit far from Dotonbori, so it's quite a walk.
Namba Yakasa Shrine, famous for its lion statues, is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend visiting.
