My wife and I have a wonderful stay in this hotel. It’s a unique hotel in a middle of busy district. Walking distance to Beijing pedestrian street. What keep us happy is the staff. If I can give them more than 10/10 service I would. Amazing service for a small hotel. They always help us with our needs from taobao delivery, hotel needs and even information. Every steps of service is beyond expectation. Front desk staff especially the afternoon and night staff I have to give them a thumbs up for all their efforts in helping us. Thank you again for the help and wonderful stay.

My friends and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was the reception team (Xiao Hu, Xiao Yu, Linda and Meili) they were consistently approachable, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their warm attitude made the overall experience smooth and enjoyable.

The housekeeping was also excellent. The cleaner did a great job maintaining the room each day, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized. Amenities were regularly topped up without needing to ask, which we really appreciated.

Overall, while the hotel may be modest in size, the attentive service and cleanliness made it a comfortable and satisfying place to stay.

The hotel has a beautiful location, high floors with stunning views. Downstairs there are plenty of malls, and it's super convenient as the hotel connects directly to the subway. There are also lots of dining options, with delicious and unique local snacks. Nearby, you'll find Guangzhou Restaurant and Dian Du De, and across the street is Tao Tao Ju, all great spots for Guangzhou's famous morning tea. It's fantastic! Vivi at the front desk also granted me a late check-out, as I stayed for several days.

This place really impressed me with its cleanliness; it's spotless and very reassuring. The environment is also quite pleasant, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. As for the service, the staff are friendly and responsive, actively addressing customer needs and effectively solving any issues. Overall, it was a very satisfactory experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

I like this hotel. It is bright and the double bed is big enough for a comfortable sleep. Children like the projection screen facilities. When the lights are turned off, it feels like being in a theater. There are also many movie choices.

This hotel is conveniently located two kilometers from the train station, with a supermarket right downstairs. It's situated above a business complex and offers great value for money. The room was quite spacious and clean. Since I was in a rush in the morning, they prepared a packed breakfast, which was surprisingly generous and delicious—I really appreciated it! The breakfast itself was an unexpected bonus, both clean and tasty. I highly recommend it. The Jianzheng Road Night Market isn't far either, offering a lively atmosphere, very affordable prices, and generous portions.

The room is spacious. The location is very convenient around 30 mins ride to the Airport, very near to the shopping mall and food streets. The water pressure of the toilet is low, just make sure you do not flush down too much toilet paper at once in case it got choked.

Nanning served as our transit point during our Guangxi trip, and we stayed here for all four days. Compared to other guesthouses in Chongzuo and Weizhou Island, this one was superior in every way. They also provided toiletries for children, and the breakfast was decent.

The family room has a small courtyard; I'd recommend adding a table and chairs.

Xiao Qiu at the front desk was very proactive and helpful – thumbs up!

Traveling to Xi'an with kids was a breeze thanks to the E-Stay Plus! The hotel is right next to Daming Palace West subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. A few stops on Line 2 get you to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter, so no need to carry the little ones too far – super convenient for family travel.

The room was exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and spacious enough for the kids to run around. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was very handy for washing the kids – great attention to detail. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a variety of kid-friendly options like hot congee, steamed buns, and noodles, plus local Shaanxi specialties. My children absolutely loved it.

The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Seeing we had kids, they proactively helped with our luggage and even recommended child-friendly attractions. Housekeeping was prompt every day, tidying the room and replenishing supplies. The hotel also offers a self-service laundry and a gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day with the little ones. It's excellent value for money – great location, clean rooms, and thoughtful service. Definitely my top choice for traveling with children! I'll be staying here again on my next trip to Xi'an!

Hotel health services are very good. The disadvantage is that the traffic is not convenient, and parking is not very convenient. Ground parking charges, underground parking is not easy to find and a part of the fee is charged.
