Have been a regular guest here since over a year.  What I like is the convenient location,  comfortable rooms, clean Lenin and toilets,  courteous staff and a basement parking for the safety of our car.

Just Basic amenities no frills and reasonable prices.  perfect for you 

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were of high quality, and i would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. Overall, an excellent experience.

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time in the past three months, and I appreciate the services and amenities provided. My previous stay was with my family, while this time, I booked the room for myself for one night.

Overall, my experience was smooth and comfortable. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error.

While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.

If you plan to get some rest after flight, be aware that there is construction going around the building and you may want to have a more silent option, which is an a/c rooms only.. In general rooms are okay for a short period, but quite noisy. The manager of the place exchanged the room for me without any extra charge, but I suppose they have to mention about construction works in order to skip any issues with the guests..

Room was ok..T v was working.. Ac was working.. But bathroom was not good.. Not clean..didn't supplied soap.. Bathroom wash basin pipe was leaking, no cupboard was there to store our items....we have taken breakfast+stay but not able to acess the restaurant, they provided the breakfast to room but there was no space for dining.. We have eat in bed.. There was study table but that was bot enough for two of us..
We are supplied with one mineral bottle of water on 1st day.. On 3 rd day night i requested for a bottle of cold water.. They haven't supplied upto 30 minutes so i have to call again.. And then one boy gave me a bottle of water and it was not cold so i asked him, he told me rudely that in this time there is no water bottle is available so they filled water from purifier in an empty bottle and gave us that.. Receptionist's behaviour was good.. I requested for ironing on saturday they couldn't provide me that facility so i asked again on next day.. They replied me that sunday no one will be available.. So the stay at fab hotel was not great.. One thing i knew that using make my trip and pay money early was not at all good idea..
