Sikander and Javed was very cooperative and well behaved... Have been staying here since 2018. Best part is the location. I feel comfortable moving anywhere from here.

Definitely one of the finest quality in this budget. Trust me you won't regret coming here as its a worth for the price you pay!! 👌👌

I had a wonderful stay at FabHotel Spring Inn! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! Five stars all the way

It’s convenient and easy to travel to usa embassy. One can find auto easily to go to embassy location is best and on main road

It was a really good stay. All the staff there were friendly and helped us a lot. The hygiene was also proper and the room services were also good. Would recommend it to everyone.

excellent response from the team when stayed including the excellent response from receptionist. I didn't take any image. Room no t6 in which i stayed for 4 nights from 7 th jan to 11 th jan 2025.

My Observations :

> This property is located at a distance of 1.10 KM from Mahatma Gandhi Metro Station.

> Eventhough the property is close Rickshaw Drives will charge 80 to 100 Rs. to drop you there. If you can walk then you can reach with in 15 to 20 min.

> This property don't have inhouse restaurant. You have to order via swiggy or zomato.

> If you are vegetarian you can order from Paakashala. Food is great.

> This Property offers flexible check in I had opted for 10 am which they  gave me after waiting 30 to 35 min at reception.

> Room Cleanliness, maintenance, amenities are average. You will get AC, Geyser, Towel, Toiletries, 1 Water bottle etc.

> If you stay further from check out you will be charged 200 rs per hour.

> On normal days boarding metro is a task in peek hours so note that while booking.

> Purple line metro will take you to KSR Statiom to M.G. Road.



It was grate I really enjoyed it the staff was really polite and the room was clean and neat
My room came with breakfast and it was really good I will definitely stay there another time

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were of high quality, and i would recommend this hotel without hesitation. The prices are reasonable, and the food is good. Overall, an excellent experience.

Yes it has improved it's services & staff behaviour, responses, profesional atticates. Still they can do better with Hygiene of bedsheets, pillows covers, Bed back cushion cleaning 🧹. this time not happy with one element (bathroom hygiene not upto the mark ‼️ floors are floors are slippery )

Banyan tree provides great accommodation options in the city and especially when one has to travel long distance for their professional reasons. The hotel is located at a prime location, and has great amenities within walking distance make it even a great stay. Staff are very friendly, warm, room is well equipped and furnished, the wifi connection is robust. It is an ideal place for my stay week on week. A highly recommended stay within indiranagar who wants stay within the bustling part of the city.

The property is really nice, the rooms are spacious, the food is also good but the management i think is not interested in the upkeep of the service and maintenance, the staff looks very cold blooded and the service is very poor i don't know why the management is not looking into these areas. Hope they will notice this soon. Good luck

Its a pretty average stay, i am pretty sure for the price i paid cpuld have got a better hotel. Had booked the hotel for 2 days, when we checked in the hotel ac wasnt working had informed at the reception before we immediately left for work after checking in. We came back late evening and the situation was still the same and they sent someone to check at 9pm and the guy mentioned he is from guests service department and doesnt know alot about ac but will still check & cpuldnt fix it. Their breakfast wasnt worth the price for the same price you can order something online i suggest that shall be better. Also parking space is cramped up so the next day i was asked to move the car as someone else had to remove their car at 7am.

I recently stayed at your hotel for the second time in the past three months, and I appreciate the services and amenities provided. My previous stay was with my family, while this time, I booked the room for myself for one night.

Overall, my experience was smooth and comfortable. However, I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I faced during check-in. When I was allotted my room, the documentation mentioned Room 402, but the key handed to the staff assisting me was for Room 407. When I pointed this out, expressing my concern about the discrepancy, the staff member responsible denied any mistake and was unwilling to acknowledge the error.

While I want to emphasize that nothing problematic happened during my stay and that all other staff members were courteous and professional, this particular incident made me feel uneasy, especially since I was staying alone. I believe that accuracy in room allotment is crucial for guests’ sense of security, and I wanted to highlight this matter for your attention.

Served its purpose. Needed somewhere near airport. No major complaints
