Location of this hotel is excellent! Extremely easy to find - exit from the Chikushi Gate (East) at JR Hakata station and walk about 5 mins to reach the hotel. There is also a bus stop just 100 meters away (1 min walk) that you can take from the airport to reach the hotel, or from the hotel to reach the airport. 

Room is clean and decent size. Love the bathroom and the standing shower which has a nice rain shower, handheld shower and jacuzzi style massage shower. There’s also a bathtub for those who like to take baths. Room amenities can be obtained at hotel lobby so there is little waste - just take what you need. 

There is also a coffee machine that is free at the lobby. There is a self-service washing machine and dryer at level 3, level 7 and level 11. There is also a Family Mart just infront of the hotel and also a Lawson just around the corner. Great for getting late night light snacks. Overall, an excellent hotel! Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Hakata Station, making it super convenient to get around. The station itself has tons of shops and restaurants, and there are also bars and popular eateries right next to the hotel. The service was warm and welcoming. While the carpet was a bit old, the room was very clean, and the furniture was new. Plus, they provided a humidifier, a garment steamer, and even a massager.

Hotel Forza Hakata-guchi is ideally located for Fukuoka Station – it's a quiet spot yet super convenient. Step out, turn right, walk about 20 meters, turn right again, and go down the stairs, and you're in the Hakata Station underground shopping mall. The staff are all very friendly.

We had a great stay at Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station, making it easy to get around Osaka. It is not located in a busy tourist area, which gave us a more local experience while still being well connected to the city's main attractions.

The service was excellent. The hotel provides a self-service amenities station in the lobby where guests can take items such as bath scrubs, razors, shower caps, cotton buds, tea, and coffee. It was a thoughtful touch and convenient throughout our stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are compact, but we found the size reasonable and suitable for two people.

One feature we appreciated was the complimentary umbrellas available at the entrance. They were especially useful on rainy days. Guests are free to borrow them, as long as they return them after use.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Forza Osaka Kitahama to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient yet quieter part of Osaka.

Located at the busy Namba which is convenient. But quite walking distance from main Namba station. So if from airport with luggage you need to drag but flat surface. Hotel provided free flow amenities (small towel, hair comb / brush, lotion, milk cleansing, bath powder) at the lobby which is a plus point. 

FamilyMart is right opposite hotel and hotel is surrounded with many other restaurants (halal restaurants were also walking distance such as A5 pangk wagyu and tendon halal). 

Near with two Donki and near the busy shopping distance. Room was spacious for Japan. Check in and check out was easy. Iron provided / hair dryer upon request.

The biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent location, right opposite the JR station. The breakfast here is also quite good; although everything is served in very small portions, the quality is decent. This time, I specifically booked the 27-square-meter Nordic Twin Room, which is considered a more spacious room type. However, it was very strange that there was no proper desk in the room, only a very small coffee table. I had to place my cosmetics on the windowsill. There was also no luggage rack, so my elderly travel companion had to put their suitcase on the floor and bend over to pack. Additionally, the room cleaning was very careless. Water stains on the faucet and hair on the floor were never cleaned. Although there was a capsule coffee machine in the room, we stayed for three days and the capsules were never refilled.
