Like all the other reviews here, Forza’s location can’t be beaten. Its literally less than 1 min walk from the airport bus stop. The popular Hakata Station is also within a minute walk. The location alone earns the hotel a 5 star. 

Checking in and out of hotel was also an ease. The staff at the counter was helpful and friendly. A bag of toiletries was also prepared for my 8 yr old with kiddy slippers, which was much appreciated. 

The room was decent size, we chose the 豪華雙人房  (19 sq m I think?) with a mini couch area – perfect for backpacks, a window, and a portable massage mat. I loved the magnets that we can stick to the door to let the cleaners know whether or not our room needs to be cleaned. What’s more is that there is an option to choose “Take out trash and change towels only”. This is a really thoughtful option, because we really don’t need our room to be made up every day. And it’s perfect that we can just have the trash taken out and towels changed. 

I was a bit nervous about the cleanliness of the hotel rooms after reading some of the reviews on here, especially when I have a kid with me. I don’t want her to get sick from the germs in the room. But to my surprise, the room was quite decent, atleast I didn’t see any visible dustballs or dirty air con ventilators. Maybe because the hotel already took action to clean all the rooms and air con vents after reading some of the reviews here about dirty air con vents? I took a photo of our room air con vents for parents to take a look =) The air purifier in the room was also very comforting. We stayed in Forza for 6 days and none of us got sick =D 

For the first 2 days, I did smell a bit of a urine smell when you kneel close to the carpet/toilet. It was a slight faint smell. By the 3rd day, there wasn’t much noticeable smell anymore, not sure if it was the air purifier that helped or if we got use to it. Hahaha. 

On one of the nights that we returned to the hotel, we noticed that the cleaners had forgotten to put a trash bag back into the trash can. So I called reception and told them. The suited man that came with a trash bag didn’t seem too friendly. He looked like he either didn’t want to be there, didn’t know what he needed to do, or that we are trying to cheat him of a plastic bag. Anyway, I had to explain that I need a trash bag because I didn’t want to make the trash can dirty. I even had to SHOW him the trash can to convince him why I needed a bag. When he finally saw the empty trash can, he gave us a plastic bag, and left an extra one inside the trash can. He didn’t seem too pleased that I was trying to help protect the hotel’s assets, he just looks as if I disturbed his night. 

The shower head took some time to get use to too. Normally shower heads will be placed at a slight angle, but the shower heads in our room shoots straight at a 90 degree angle, which was quite hard to use coz the water will be shooting directly at your chest, and you would need to kneel down a bit to wash your hair, otherwise you would need to hold the shower head with one hand, while washing with the other hand. It’s a bit hard to explain, so I took some photos to show. But you will know what I mean when you stay at the hotel. 

Anyway, overall the stay was still very pleasant. I will definitely choose Forza again the next time I visit Fukuoka. Thank you Forza.

Had a fantastic stay, location was perfect- just 5 mins walk away from the bus stop that connects airport to Hakata station. So convenient. Room was spacious, clean with slippers, bath robes and a mini heater! Love it that the room includes bath tub and that the hotel gives out bath salt! Loved my stay in this hotel, really convenient 10/10. Will definitely come back for next shopping trip!

Again, we booked this hotel for the last night in Fukuoka after fly back home - this hotel is very close to the station and easy to access. We spend last day in Hakata area walking around Gion and Tenjin which easy to get around from the hotel via Subway. The Forza Hotel is the best for one night before very early flight, just walk back to the station and ride to the airport. So, if you looking for the hotel next to the Hakata Station, this is the place to be.

The Forza Osaka Hotel, good location. location near two train stations is highly convenient, it's just a three-minute walk from (K line - K14 Kitahama, entrance No 3)  and a seven-minute walk from the (M line - M17 yodovabashi, entrance No 8). and provided an overall satisfying experience, highlighted by excellent service and friendly staff. The clean, comfortable room was well-appointed with amenities, and I was particularly impressed with the hotel's meticulous makeup room service.
Despite a minor issue with Wi-Fi connectivity, the stay was great.
However, I was disappointed with the laundry facilities. With only two washing machines and two dryers available for all hotel guests, the capacity was far from sufficient. This amenity urgently needs improvement to accommodate the volume of guests.

The lobby offers complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, which both adults and children loved. The location is superb; you can easily pop back up to rest after shopping, and there are tons of food options downstairs. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was pretty decent. The room rate in September was quite reasonable, and the location is convenient for getting around, situated in the Sakae business district. Several subway stations are within easy walking distance. The hotel was quite busy; I arrived around 3 PM for check-in and still had to wait for 10 minutes. The room wasn't small by Japanese standards, and it even had a massager, which was great for a quick massage after a long day of walking. The front desk area offered a coffee and cocoa machine, and the laundry room next door had an ice machine – all very convenient.

The only minor hiccup was that housekeeping misplaced my blanket. It took two days of back-and-forth communication to get it back. While their attitude was very polite, constantly apologizing, their service ultimately fell short. They only provided a hotel blanket as a temporary replacement *after* I specifically requested it. The entire process was very inefficient; once my blanket was located, they first sent a photo for my confirmation, which further delayed things, before finally sending someone to pick it up from the factory. I even had to alter my itinerary for the last day to wait for its return. Aside from verbal apologies, there was no compensation whatsoever. So, a traveler's note: always pack your personal items carefully before leaving the room...
