This is the best hotel I've stayed at in London, and I've visited many times! This hotel just opened in 2026, and I boldly booked it because I'd previously stayed at another hotel from the same brand in Hangzhou. The hotel environment is exceptionally good – it's only about a 5-minute walk to a subway station, and there's a huge shopping mall and supermarket nearby! All sorts of restaurants are also available!

The room was super clean and comfortable! I highly recommend it! Even if you want to visit major attractions, it's only a few subway stops away!

All the front desk staff were young, vibrant, and very friendly! Since my flight was at 6 or 7 PM, I asked if I could have a late check-out. The hotel staff kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM, and my children and I had a wonderful stay here!

I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in London!

The service was consistently excellent, as always. We even got free champagne and drinks since it was a weekend, and lucky us, it was Easter so there was chocolate too! The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for Zone 1 in London, especially abroad. Still no gym though. Breakfast was the usual spread.

Great location, really close to Chinatown. It can get a bit noisy during the day because of the plaza downstairs, but it's fine at night, so you can get a good night's sleep. They also allow service dogs without an extra charge, and check-in was super quick.

The room was very spacious, and it's not far from the train station, Hyde Park, and Kensington Gardens. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, and a shopping mall and supermarket are also very close by, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

The reception gave us two basement rooms, which smelt like sewage. Asked for a change of rooms, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the morning, someone tried to break into my room at 7am. Thankfully, I put on the security chain before I slept. Apart from one staff at the morning breakfast, service attitude was poor.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were really nice, especially Chrischel and Madison. The room was spacious enough for me.

I like how right the room was in the daytime. In the night, it was a bit dark, they could add some more lights. ￼Most days the room was really cleaned well but there were two days I found the same dirty pillow in my room. After I complained about it one night someone came in, cleaned my room right away. 

The location is a few minutes walk to Main Street. Usually it would be convenient, but there was some construction or something going on so we always had to take a shuttle to the train.

Their luggage storage service is really good.

My wife, our 5-year-old son, and I recently spent 3 memorable nights at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street during our family trip to New York City, and it proved to be the perfect home base for exploring the city’s iconic Financial District and beyond. Nestled at the corner of Wall and Water Streets, the hotel’s location is unbeatable—just steps from the New York Stock Exchange, a 5-minute walk to the Wall Street subway station, and within easy reach of attractions like the 9/11 Memorial, South Street Seaport, and Brooklyn Bridge, which were all engaging for our curious little one.
We booked a standard room with two queen beds, which was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for our small family of three. The room was impeccably clean, featuring modern decor that blends classic charm with contemporary style, hardwood floors, and large noise-canceling windows that kept the busy city sounds at bay—a lifesaver for our son, who needs a quiet space to rest after long days of sightseeing. The plush bedding ensured we all slept soundly, and the room was well-equipped with plenty of USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi, which kept our son entertained with his tablet during downtime. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water, small touches that made our stay more convenient.
What impressed us most was how family-friendly the hotel was, even in the heart of the bustling Financial District. The staff was incredibly warm, patient, and attentive—they greeted our son by name after the first day and went out of their way to make him feel welcome. The lobby had a cozy lounge area with free Wi-Fi, where we could relax with our son before heading out, and there were convenient coffee stations for a quick pick-me-up in the morning. The hotel is also pet-friendly, though we didn’t bring our furry friend, it was nice to see the welcoming vibe extended to all families.
The hotel’s amenities were perfectly suited for our family trip. The 24-hour fitness center allowed my wife and I to squeeze in a quick workout while our son napped, and the concierge was extremely helpful—recommending family-friendly restaurants nearby and helping us plan our itinerary to avoid crowds at popular attractions like the One World Observatory, where we even got a 25% discount card through the hotel. We also loved exploring the surrounding neighborhood on foot, with cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and the charming Tin Building just a short walk away.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo New York Downtown Wall Street was fantastic. The hotel’s prime location, comfortable and quiet rooms, thoughtful amenities, and warm, family-focused service made our New York City trip unforgettable. It’s the perfect choice for families traveling with young children who want to be in the heart of the action while still having a peaceful place to retreat. We highly recommend it and would definitely return on our next family trip to NYC.

Overall, this was a great stay. The hotel's location is super convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it simple to get around, dine, and shop. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient during check-in, making the whole process smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was better than expected, so I got a great night's sleep. The bathroom was well-maintained, with a stable hot water supply and a good range of toiletries.

The hotel's public areas are also very pleasant, looking quite new and featuring a stylish design. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient and tasted good. I encountered a couple of minor issues during my stay, but the staff were quick to respond and very proactive in resolving them, which left a positive impression.

All in all, it offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. If I return to this city, I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends.

This is the second time our family stayed in this hotel, probably the best choice in Lower East. The hotel manager Milta is really kind and helpful. The cleaning lady Nancy is also very kind and treated our family with extra care. The club and the roof top lounge is also a nice place to hang out and do some work in the morning, and have a drink and spend an evening with friends at night. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.

I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Presidential Suite, which was incredibly spacious – perfect for a group of friends. The view was amazing, directly facing the 'Three Piece Suit' (Shanghai Tower, Shanghai World Financial Center, and Jin Mao Tower). I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I always appreciate being able to see both the Bund and Lujiazui from here. Daisy at the front desk was also fantastic with her service and arrangements.

The location is great, very close to Shanghai Railway Station, and offers a quiet retreat in the bustling old town. The hotel has a modern, movie-themed design with spacious public areas and generous room sizes. The twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, making it one of the most spacious hotels for its price point, perfect for families. Despite a few minor hiccups during our stay, Chris and Joy resolved them quickly and efficiently, so overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.

We loved it so much, we stayed here twice in half a month! We originally booked a Deluxe Balcony King Room, but the staff upgraded us to a Luxury Lake View King Room. Stepping out onto the balcony, you're greeted with a stunning view of Dishui Lake. The bedding was incredibly comfortable too. This trip was all about relaxation, so we pretty much just ate and slept – even better than at home, haha! And the breakfast – I'm used to most hotel breakfasts ending by 10:30 AM, but Indigo's goes until 12:30 PM, which is perfect for late risers like us. The staff even gave us complimentary breakfast for both days, which was a wonderful surprise! And here's a small detail: I hadn't mentioned it was my birthday, but the staff noticed it from my previous booking information and beautifully decorated the room with birthday wishes. The moment I opened the door, it felt so special – I even thought I'd walked into the wrong room for a second, haha! We'll definitely be coming back to this hotel again and again.
