Location: great, in the heart of indiranagar. Check in: delayed but handled well by the receptionist. Room: it was a run down old property or at least my room. Not enough lighting and mirror around the wardrobe area. Shower broke during my stay which had to be fixed. Food: limited and repeated options for breakfast. Other food items ordered in the room was just okay. Housekeeping: okay overall: certainly not a place worth the current 4. 2/5 rating on mmt. This is a 3/5 place and shouldn't be charging anything more than 3k per night.

The hotel is a bit difficult to find and looks more like a hostel. The room we got was big and had a kitchen and 2 cupboards. It was neat and clean. Bathroom was good but toilet was looking old. I feel hotel should change it. The room had a king size bed and all their rooms have only king size bed so in case you are 2 people you will have to adjust. I feel there should be option available for 2 beds. The service was good in our short stay. The breakfast was good considering the hotel and what they charge. Multiple items plus live dosa counter. They also helped us for a extra hour when we came back in evening after checkout to get fresh and change. Overall a good experience and will stay here again.

Located at a walking distance from MG Road metro , it is one of the best hotel in medium budget . They offer luxurious room with all the amenities .staff was quite helpful and polite . Breakfast was complimentary and it was really good in terms of quality and options served . In addition restaurant charges were nominal and taste, quantity of the food was good . Consider this outlet if you are looking for hotel nearby MG Road

Cool chic hotel.
Nice view but location is far off from the palace .

Nice roof TOP cafe area for breakfast.
Good food in restaurant

Visted with family. Location is good but far little bit from all tourist spot but it's ok when you have a good hotel.
I have major issue with my room lock which was not getting open with room whereas every time someone should come and open my room whenever needed.
This incident made me discomfort and we are not going to hotel for discomfort. Rest everything was good like Cleanliness, Food, rooms, interior etc.

Hotel courtyard environment is good, with garden and swimming pool, but the room equipment, bedding is really old. The restaurant service was very good. On the first day, the breakfast chef asked for advice. I said that there were few dishes suitable for Chinese people. We wanted to eat some vegetables. The next morning we made vegetables for two of us; Workers repaired and kept saying sorry.
The hotel is very expensive to call a car to the airport.
The location of the hotel is very biased, there is a piece of farmland outside the gate, and you can find the TUTU by walking for ten minutes. The surroundings are dark at night.

Our stay at Bookmark Resorts Manali exceeded all expectations and left me thoroughly impressed! The resort's picturesque location amidst the breathtaking beauty of Manali's landscape and Most Definitely The Himalayas View immediately captured my heart. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were top-notch, offering spacious and elegantly designed rooms that provided both comfort and luxury. The dining experience was a culinary delight, with a wide array of delicious dishes that satisfied my palate. What truly sets Bookmark Resorts apart is the impeccable service provided by the staff, who went above and beyond to cater to my every need with a genuine smile. Whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions, they were always ready to assist with the utmost professionalism. My time at Bookmark Resorts Manali was nothing short of magical, and I wholeheartedly give it a five-star rating.

The stay was very good. Staff is very friendly and very supportive.
Rooms are clean and food is also good.

The major reason, I will definitely prefer staying at this Hotel is supportive and friendly staff.
