The hotel is conveniently located above Zheng Hong City, offering easy access to various dining options in the mall.

However, the hotel lacks clear signage and is situated within an office building. While there's security on the ground floor, the front desk on the tenth floor is quite spartan.

Food deliveries are permitted to the room after 10 AM. However, after 10 PM, they must be collected from the lobby, which is dimly lit and dark at night, though a security guard is present.

The shower head in the bathroom is fixed and cannot be adjusted for height, forcing you to hold it, which is very inconvenient. It also sprays water erratically. Guests need to check the electric water heater's temperature before showering, and if there are multiple people, expect a wait for the water to reheat between uses.

Additionally, the bedside lamp was non-functional.

This was my first stay here and it was excellent! The area is very lively and close to the subway, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and getting around. The front desk staff were fantastic – they even helped me pick up my takeout and were incredibly friendly and welcoming with smiles and warm greetings. My room was spotless, clean, and meticulously tidy, with everything perfectly organized. All the in-room amenities were complete and fully equipped. My check-in experience was great, and overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel!!! 👍👍

The location is great, transportation is convenient, and the room is comfortable and clean, just like the pictures! The room is really big! The service staff are very enthusiastic, and the front desk lady is also very attentive. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Zhengzhou. In terms of sanitary conditions, every time you stay, you can find that the room is clean and tidy: the sheets and bedding are clean and flat, the tabletop and the ground are spotless, and the corners of the bathroom are clean and clean, which makes people feel at ease.
The sound insulation effect is also commendable. Even in the street-facing rooms, the noise of the outside world is almost not heard at night. After closing the doors and windows, it can create a quiet and comfortable rest environment, effectively ensuring a good sleep quality.
What impressed me the most was the service of the hotel. The staff always maintain a warm and thoughtful attitude, whether it is the efficient and convenient check-in at the front desk or the timely response of the room service, it makes people feel at home. Once I accidentally left the items, the hotel quickly helped to retrieve them and properly store them. This responsible service attitude is indeed appreciated.

Traveling to Zhengzhou with friends, the hotel is very close to the subway station, seven or eight minutes walk, the hotel also has a free subway pick-up service, very worth it! The surrounding business districts and attractions are very close. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was moved by the warm service at the front desk. The check-in was efficient and patient. I also took the initiative to share the surrounding food and play routes, which was especially intimate. The room is very clean and warm

It’s like a service apartment. The room is clean & equipped with washing machine, mini kitchen & separate bathroom. Breakfast is simple. Suitable for long stay solo traveller.

I really like this big French window. The only downside is that the hot water flows too slowly. It takes almost three minutes for the water to come out. The electric curtains are not tight, which affects my sleep in the morning. Everything else is good, and the service attitude is also very good.

Facilities: simple and generous, with a strong sense of design. There is the atmosphere of a theme hotel. The room facilities are very complete and advanced, I like it very much. The windows are bright and clean, making people feel like spring breeze.
Hygiene: Hygiene needs criticism. I don't know why, the toilet smells when it is opened. Is it a toilet design problem or a cleaning problem? I have already responded to the hotel front desk and asked my aunt to come up and clean it, but there is still a smell. The hotel room that could have been scored full 💯 was barely passed because of the smell of this toilet. I hope the hotel can rectify this toilet.

Service is super good! I have been here several times. The front desk lady is nice and enthusiastic. The snack street is downstairs. It takes less than ten minutes to walk forward. The subway station is very recommended. The health is also very good. The front desk lady will try her best to meet the needs. The cleaning is also very fast. It takes less than 20 minutes to go out. Sweep it, it's clean.

The stay experience is great! The hotel facilities are particularly complete, the details are particularly intimate, the room is equipped with a humidifier, and the dry weather is particularly comfortable. There are also Xiaomi hair dryers and Xiaomi speakers. It is easy to use and has a texture. The screen viewing function is also super practical. You can watch blockbuster movies while lying on the bed. The front desk of the hotel also prepared a treasure chest, all kinds of emergency good things are available, the front desk Xiaodong will take the initiative to remind guests of their needs, self-collection on demand, the details are full of super warm heart.
