The room was meticulously clean, and the anti-slip flooring made us feel very secure, especially for my elderly parents. The service was exceptionally attentive; they proactively arranged a low-floor room for us and even helped with our luggage. Their attitude was fantastic! All the room equipment was very stable; the air conditioning and water heater were quiet, ensuring my parents slept soundly. The hotel environment was peaceful and tidy, and the elevator was convenient for seniors. The surrounding area was also very quiet, making for a wonderfully comfortable stay!

Overall it's pretty good, clean. The hotel is quite big, the decoration style is also good, I like it. Clean and refreshing.
Some points that I'm not very satisfied with:
1. We booked a family room, and there were 4 people staying, but they didn't take the initiative to replenish our disposable items such as slippers.
2. The takeaway we ordered was not delivered, so we had to go down and get it ourselves.
3. The toilet door was broken and couldn't be closed. For a family, forget it.
Other things are pretty satisfactory.

The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my room for free. She provided detailed information about tourist attractions and was always ready to help. Thumbs up! The hotel's food was reasonably priced, and the breakfast was quite good with a good variety of options. The hotel is not far from Chiang Kai-shek's former residence, just a ten-minute walk away. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
