The hotel's location is excellent, right on Puerta del Sól, close to everything.
The breakfast was good, with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, vegetables, sweet pastries, and fruit. Coffee, tea, juices, and water were also provided. There was also yogurt, cereals, jams, and more. There really was something for everyone.
The room was clean. The only downside was the glass bathroom door, which didn't close properly. I expect this might be uncomfortable for some.

Overall, a very good hotel.

Decent hotel for a no frills stay. Courtyard view window simply opened out onto the opposing wall of the building, there is no view. It was too hot in the rooms as the heat was turned up very high and the air conditioning panel didn’t work, but at least we could open the window to let the cold air in. They do provide complimentary toothbrushes. WiFi was pretty good. Our keycards both went out at some point but there is always someone at the front desk. Bed was clean and decent. Worst part of the room was the shower. The glass wall doesn’t fully enclose the shower stall and there is no curtain so you will get water spray on the main bathroom floor. The location is very good for the price and it’s quiet in the rooms you can’t hear any street noise. However, the walls are very thin so if you have noisy fellow guests next to you, you can hear them in your room.

The room was very clean, the room was very clean. It still smells a vater. In fact the whole 4* floor smells equal. I don't know the others. The sofas of the 3 beds were wet. I called the reception and went up to see them. They still noticed clearly the moisture said no. They only changed that of the big bed. I was also wet. As badly dry. They continued saying no. They blamed him to the air conditioning. When the air actually dry. Don't wet. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. Although I repeat that cleaning was excellent

The hotel is in excellent location, the room and bathroom are very wide and clean. 
But the lift took an eternity at any time and the bathroom smelled fatal. 
The breakfast was very good.

The hotel was easy access to centre so it's nice to stay here for tourists. If you stay here for a few days, you can ask for cleaning until 2:00pm.

This boutique hotel was perfect for my needs and great value for money. Happy, helpful staff and a clean, well proportioned room. It is very close to the Parque de El Retiro for relaxing walks, the Puerta de Alcalá for nice food and drink and then you can walk up Serrano for quality shopping.

It is about 1 to 2 minutes on foot from Gran Via subway station. Because it is on the side street of the main street, there is no noise.  The room is small but adequate. The shower room was small, but it was a multifunctional shower.  The wonderful thing is breakfast. Bread, nuts, cheese, prosciutto and drink are all the best.  It is strongly recommended to have breakfast when you stay.

Great location right in the center of town. 
The hotel only serves breakfast but you are so close to many restaurants that it’s no issue.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, I would stay there again.

Superb hotel, the rooms are spacious, bright and clean, and the windows are facing the San Miguel Market and Mayor Square. There is a Carrefour convenience store and free direct drinking water downstairs. The fried salmon in Mayor Square is delicious and cheap.

The front desk and lobby are also coffee shops.
The old elevator is very retro and has a sentiment.
Booked a family room for four people, the room is not big, but the color and minimalist style do not feel small.
Need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers. No kettle.
The hotel is right next to Golan Avenue and is conveniently located at the entrance of Metro Line 1 Grand via Station and Line 3 Callao Station.
The train station takes a taxi to the hotel for less than 15 euros and to the airport for 30 euros.

It was our first time visiting Seville and from the moment we cross the bridge from the train station and enter into the historical part of the city we felt like we were in a magical place, but this was just the beginning

Upon a raving to our hotel, we were graded By the most kind, helpful and an genuinely caring person ever (Laura), She took the time to explain the city and recommend many places to visit eat and chop around  

And while this  is expected from hotel staff you could tell that she was doing it not because it was her job because she truly love showing her city to visitors 

This hotel is perfectly place as it is five minutes away from most of the attractions and shopping district accommodations were great and very clean, but what blew us away was the breakfast when they of different local products all fresh

The hotel is very good and very satisfied, the location is very good, the environment is good, the facilities are very new. The service was thoughtful and welcoming, the smile was very kind and meticulous, and the room was upgraded, very satisfied, a good experience.

The location is excellent, the price is very friendly in Barcelona. Going out is the subway station, and it is easy to get a taxi. The novice aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the business is really unfamiliar, a stay while chatting, and it took almost half an hour. The location is very central, almost the center of the core attractions of the city.

Very good hotel, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows and the big bathtub and the high and low beds that children like. On the edge of the Plaza Catalunya in the city center, it is not far from the shopping street, the net red street, and the house of Mira Batllo.
