It is not the first time I host, the quality of the services is excellent , I had a little problem in the air conditioning and soon they have already placed me in another room, breakfast with a huge variety of options, quick rest and excellent service of the garçon .

It's the second time we stay in the slim. For what I needed was excellent, super clean room.. all white, excellent bathroom ... Super hot shower, because it's a very cold day, very good breakfast.
All right clean that I do is what matters most.
Concert will again be good covers ... 
The only thing that could be a TV that could enter my Netflix account.

The hotel is well located, with good accommodation and breakfast. Relatively small rooms, however an excellent space to be a work bed in the region. Near the main neighborhoods and restaurants in the region, it certainly stands out.

The room in the “corner” is undoubtedly the best room in the hotel, but at the cost it could have more facilities and a more exclusive service.

Ótimo Hotel! Muito bem localizado ao lado de mercado e de shopping, atendimento de todos os funcionários sempre muito atenciosos e educados, quarto bem espaçoso para acomodação das malas, banheiro também muito espaçoso. 

Café da manha excelente! 

Estacionamento com vallet pago a parte, preço está na média da cidade, é uma comidade que nos atendeu super bem.

He ido dos veces, el check in es rápido, la ubicación es buena, relación precio-calidad favorable, el desayuno muy bueno (muhcas opciones y variedad de frutas), pero el problema es que el WIFI es muy malo. Me quedé en piso 3 y es pésimo el WIFI (no permite ni hablar por whatsApp), llamé a recepción y la atención de recepción fue pésima, totalmente nefasta. No dieron solución alguna y es más, quedaron en informarme una solución y nunca más me llamaron, luego yo llamé y no me contestaban, en fin. Pésima resolución de problemas, realmente una falta de respeto y peor aún, cuando informé por la red social de Slim lo ocurrido, tampoco tuve respuesta alguna. En el fondo si te toca cualquier inconveniente allá nadie te va a responder. EN GENERAL BIEN, HASTA QUE NECESITAS AYUDA.

We enjoyed the swimming pool, the hotel's good location in the city, the breakfast!

We found the room to be regular, because the bathroom door doesn't close, the door size is greater than the door, clearly a constructive error.The hair dryer had a problem, but the hotel team attended the replacement.

The lifts are small.

- They didn't keep to the check-in time, the rooms were only available from 3:30 p.m. onwards and I was late for the event I was going to because of this delay in getting into the room.
- The hotel is in the central region of São Paulo, while I was at the reception a guy came in asking for money and the security guards didn't do anything.
- Breakfast had very little variety, dry bread and almost no cake options, for example, in other words, if you're thinking about paying for breakfast separately it's not worth it, it's better to eat at a bakery in São Paulo, which is more worthwhile.
- While I was taking a shower a maid came into my room saying that I had already checked out in the system, I was very embarrassed by the situation.

Great value for money. It had all basic amenities, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice an location (next to the airport but also close to the metro) was very convenient. WIFI was fast and reliable, which is a big plus.

I first faced the fact that the parking was paid, although the ad describes that the service is ”available” - which leads to a doubtful interpretation. and my family (wife and son under 02 years), on a smoker floor - I think it was not sensitive. In continuous act, when I arrived in the room, I noticed that the berce for my son was not mounted; there was only one couple bed. When I asked for that berce, I was questioned whether in my reservation I had made this comment: I had to show the reservation made on the ”Trip” website, where I observed the stay of my son - which, of course, indicates the need for a berce, The hotel's breakfast was one of the worst that I have ever seen. I stayed in the dining room (about 25 minutes), and I was a little more than a few minutes away from the hotel. It was not made available, if you want, bread - and since it was observed by all the other guests who were in the room that day.

I stayed in a suite for about $130, but it was the worst experience I've ever had. The staff here double charged me. The room wasn't cleaned even though it was past check-in time. And it was very slow. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear the staff's noises and voices. The front desk staff was very rude and talked a lot. The price and service didn't match at all. I'll never stay here again. Please be careful.

I can't understand why this hotel is so cheap.
The hotel offers many services for the convenience of its guests, and the staff are so friendly.
The sign says breakfast starts at 5:45, but when we arrived at the 28th floor breakfast restaurant at 5:45, many people had already eaten and left.
I guess you can get in a little early.
The hotel shuttle bus departs from the hotel every hour starting at 4:00 AM, and no reservation is required.
A shuttle bus from the airport departs for the hotel every 30 minutes.
The air conditioning can be turned off by pulling down the lever marked ”fan coil.”
We were lucky enough to get a room on a high floor.
The view was fantastic.
This hotel is much better than the Ibis Hotel near the airport, which charges more than twice as much.

Good hotel, it's at terminal 2 at the airport. I have a very late flight. So I want to sleep. Considered the answer In the bedroom there is a shower room as well.
