It was simply wonderful! It is undoubtedly the best resort hotel in Portugal, on all levels! I recommend it a thousand times

We were in Pine Cliffs for the second time and we felt the facility, the perfect access to the sea with the lift, the service on the beach as perfect.
The staff and service staff includes Shuttle - service make the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness is particularly highlighted.
The very well maintained facility is exciting. Our 3 room apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living dining room and 3 large, furnished balconies was exclusively equipped. From our balconies we had a super view of the adjacent golf course and could watch the golfers very well during the game :).  

This time, I was traveling with my mom, and after comparing a few options, I felt like the Sheraton would be convenient, so I decided to book it. And it definitely didn't disappoint! From our room, we had a view of Asok station, and it only took a minute to get from the lobby to the BTS without having to go up or down any stairs – perfect for me. Although the room's facilities are a bit older, they're very well-maintained and don't feel dated or uncomfortable. Housekeeping was meticulous every day.

There's one thing I really want to highlight: when we were checking out, my mom couldn't find her ring. We specifically asked the hotel for help, and the front desk staff was incredibly diligent, immediately notifying housekeeping to search. They weren't just going through the motions; they looked genuinely concerned and serious. We went to eat, and during our meal, the hotel even called to say they hadn't found it yet but would continue searching and would update us when we returned. When we got back to the lobby, they even sent a Chinese-speaking staff member to explain the situation and express their regret. It turns out, we later found out when we got home that my mom had put the ring in her glasses case and forgotten about it – a false alarm! But I'm so grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and importance the hotel showed at that time. It made for an excellent experience. I want to especially apologize to the hotel here for causing them trouble. Thank you for all the services provided; I will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the lobby is absolutely beautiful, which makes sense since it used to be a palace. The breakfast was especially delicious, and the fresh-squeezed juice was a fantastic touch! 👏😍

Check-in was smooth and quick. The room's temperature was already set to a comfortable level, and there was a personalized small gift waiting. The suite design is great, with a living room, dining table, and coffee table. The walk-in closet is spacious, and the bathroom layout is very practical. The bedding was comfortable and clean, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The semi-buffet breakfast had limited options, and the quality was just average. There was a fly buzzing around throughout the meal, and small insects hovering over the fruit, which definitely needs improvement. I recommend providing easily accessible charging stations in public areas for guests to use their laptops.

InterContinental Singapore's facilities are top-notch, with elegant Nanyang-style decor. The rooms are spacious for Singapore standards, the bedding is comfortable, and the bath amenities are fragrant. The location is excellent, right next to Bugis MRT station, and within walking distance to Haji Lane and Bugis Junction, making it convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. The service was a mixed bag: the morning shift Chinese-speaking front desk staff were enthusiastic and proactively upgraded our room, but at night, there were no Chinese-speaking staff available, and we had to wait a long time when calling for assistance during a power outage. Breakfast offered a wide selection, with crispy croissants and authentic freshly made laksa, though replenishment was a bit slow. The pool is small and quiet, perfect for relaxing. If they can maintain consistent service, I would definitely choose to stay here again.
