It was simply wonderful! It is undoubtedly the best resort hotel in Portugal, on all levels! I recommend it a thousand times

We were in Pine Cliffs for the second time and we felt the facility, the perfect access to the sea with the lift, the service on the beach as perfect.
The staff and service staff includes Shuttle - service make the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness is particularly highlighted.
The very well maintained facility is exciting. Our 3 room apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living dining room and 3 large, furnished balconies was exclusively equipped. From our balconies we had a super view of the adjacent golf course and could watch the golfers very well during the game :).  

This place has so many advantages: an antique atmosphere, friendly staff, convenient transportation, Terminal 21 right across the street, and delicious breakfast. No wonder everyone raves about Sheraton! I also received a lot of help from the Korean staff member. Both the BTS and MRT are close by, so you can easily use either. I took Grab taxis frequently, and while traffic jams were sometimes unavoidable, since it was a leisurely trip, I didn't mind and enjoyed sightseeing along the way. The shopping mall across the street has most major franchises, which was very convenient. I was a bit worried about breakfast because I have family members who don't like Thai food, but I was pleased that they rotated Korean dishes like seaweed soup and kimchi stew. The orange juice and mango were also delicious. The swimming pool has an exotic vibe with shade from trees, so it likely won't feel too hot. I went the evening before check-out, and it was peaceful and lovely. I noticed it was quite crowded in the mornings when I looked from my room. It's a shame I didn't spend much time at the hotel due to all the sightseeing. If I come back next time, I'd like to make better use of the hotel's facilities.

The hotel's location is excellent, and it's super clean. The breakfast spread is incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Japanese options. The service is also top-notch, especially the front desk staff. When I left something in a taxi, they were incredibly patient and helpful in retrieving my lost item! Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying!

After staying at the Conrad Yeouido, I moved to this hotel, and the comparison was striking.

First, the gym (Pic 2) – it's excellent! The equipment is new and comprehensive. The pool isn't huge but it's spotless. The views are also great; I really enjoyed working out while overlooking the city. The Conrad's gym on the 8th floor, in contrast, felt very ordinary.

Next, the bar (Pics 3, 4) – the service was just okay (it felt like an outsourced operation), but the music was good, and the views were fantastic. I hope they improve the bar service.

Finally, the hotel overall: I must commend their truly *outstanding* service. They were incredibly responsive. When we checked in, we asked for help booking a Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. We thought the staff had forgotten, but to our surprise, he left a note in our room later, apologizing that the reservation had failed. Then, when the mini-fridge started making noise in the middle of the night, we called for assistance, and someone quickly came to fix it. The next day, they sent pastries and an apology letter. These little touches really show their meticulous attention to service.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to the strong winds and continuous rain during our stay.

The hotel lobby and front desk have a museum-like quality, full of artistic flair.

Overall, I really loved it. This will be my top choice for future visits to Seoul.

This is a decent hotel, right next to Shinsegae Department Store, and directly outside Exit 7 of Hoehyeon Subway Station. There's a large ramp leading up to the lobby on the first floor, but you have to go to the seventh floor to check in. It seems like there's a police station building nearby with an escalator that takes you right to the lobby entrance.

The hotel gave me a room on a higher floor, the 25th floor, which I believe is the top floor for guest rooms, but it was a corner room. The room layout was a bit odd; the room itself wasn't very big, with not much space beyond the bed, but the bathroom was exceptionally large, almost the same size as the room. There was a connecting door to the adjacent room, which was a suite. From the layout, this room seemed designed as a maid's room for the adjoining suite. When I complained about the corner room to the front desk, I was told that all rooms of this type are corner rooms, likely due to the design. Those who dislike corner rooms should consider this carefully.

The mattress in the room was exceptionally high. Before arriving, I had requested a baby crib, but the hotel didn't reserve one for me that day and instead provided a rail. This rail was hard to describe – it made little difference from having nothing at all. There's a tablet by the bed that controls the mattress and air conditioning. You can directly order bath towels, water, ice, etc., and even send text requests to the front desk.

The hotel appears to be a recommended hotel by LV. Upon check-in, I received an invitation to the LV exhibition, where you could get an LV canvas bag at the Shinsegae LV exhibition across the street. Overall, the hotel is quite good, with medium value for money.
