It was simply wonderful! It is undoubtedly the best resort hotel in Portugal, on all levels! I recommend it a thousand times

We were in Pine Cliffs for the second time and we felt the facility, the perfect access to the sea with the lift, the service on the beach as perfect.
The staff and service staff includes Shuttle - service make the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness is particularly highlighted.
The very well maintained facility is exciting. Our 3 room apartment, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large living dining room and 3 large, furnished balconies was exclusively equipped. From our balconies we had a super view of the adjacent golf course and could watch the golfers very well during the game :).

Very good resort, beautiful environment, rich breakfast, I want to go again if I have the opportunity

This is my second stay here, and it's definitely a trustworthy hotel. Their service philosophy is excellent, and the staff are warm, polite, and always ready to help. The breakfast is quite good, and as someone with a sensitive stomach, I had no issues after eating – which is a huge relief. I stayed on a high floor and slept very well. The location is also super convenient for getting around and shopping; there's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge. All in all, I had a very pleasant stay.

The room facilities weren't the newest, but the stay was very comfortable. The toiletries were from a high-end Swedish fragrance brand, and the entire hotel offered Thai-style service. Every staff member was extremely friendly and polite, and the breakfast was delicious. We also had a royal Thai dinner at the curry restaurant upstairs. It was a very pleasant stay overall.

After staying at the Conrad Yeouido, I moved to this hotel, and the comparison was striking.

First, the gym (Pic 2) – it's excellent! The equipment is new and comprehensive. The pool isn't huge but it's spotless. The views are also great; I really enjoyed working out while overlooking the city. The Conrad's gym on the 8th floor, in contrast, felt very ordinary.

Next, the bar (Pics 3, 4) – the service was just okay (it felt like an outsourced operation), but the music was good, and the views were fantastic. I hope they improve the bar service.

Finally, the hotel overall: I must commend their truly *outstanding* service. They were incredibly responsive. When we checked in, we asked for help booking a Michelin-starred restaurant at the hotel. We thought the staff had forgotten, but to our surprise, he left a note in our room later, apologizing that the reservation had failed. Then, when the mini-fridge started making noise in the middle of the night, we called for assistance, and someone quickly came to fix it. The next day, they sent pastries and an apology letter. These little touches really show their meticulous attention to service.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom, possibly due to the strong winds and continuous rain during our stay.

The hotel lobby and front desk have a museum-like quality, full of artistic flair.

Overall, I really loved it. This will be my top choice for future visits to Seoul.

Let's start with the pros:
1. The hotel's location is excellent, right behind Shinsegae Department Store, and only about a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping street.
2. There's a subway station downstairs, and the surrounding area offers plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options.
3. The hotel's style leans more towards medieval Baroque. If you're not particularly fond of this somewhat quirky decor, I'd suggest reconsidering. However, for a unique travel experience, this hotel is definitely a plus.
4. There are three Michelin-starred restaurants right on the hotel's upper floors, making it very convenient for food lovers.

Cons:
No significant issues with the hotel.

Worth staying, haha!
