I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The queen room on the 9th floor was perfect for just me - it was small but well designed and had everything I needed. It was also very clean. The bed was softer than mine at home, but it was so comfy. There were also a variety of pillows so I was able to get just the right one to sleep on and a blackout screen on the window to keep out light, so I slept like a baby both nights. 

On my first night, I took advantage of the check-in coupon and ate at the restaurant. The bartender was super, happy hour had great pricing, and the dinner was exceptional (whole Snapper). The location is okay because it is only a block to a subway station, but there doesn't seem to be much of interest close by (hip hop museum is closed as they are on tour) and it is a bit far to Manhattan for reasonable prices on Uber. All-in-all though, it was a good experience and I had a fabulous quick trip to NYC.

The location was good and the room was clean. Breakfast was an American breakfast buffet that you can imagine with bread, waffles, yogurt and cereals, and there were bacon and scrambled eggs.

Cons: 1. The location is a bit unsafe.
2. The large, floor-to-ceiling air conditioner in the room is quite noisy and needs to be turned off to sleep. These are standard features in all hotels, so there's nothing you can do about it.
Pros: 1. Professional service and quick check-in.
2. I checked out a day early, and the front desk was very attentive and printed out a check-in form and informed me that a full refund would be given.
3. Clean and tidy.
4. Breakfast is basic, and free coffee and water are available in the lobby.
5. There's a rest area in the lobby with internet access and a printer.

Conventient Location with free frequent shuttle bus arrangement is highly appreciated.  Staff at font desk is very nice with thorough travelling information being provided.  One more issue I would like to give high rating is the Breakfast.  Overall comment: Good location, attractive pricing, nice staff, large room, comfortable bed.

I found the hotel to be wonderful. There are attendants who speak Portuguese and are very friendly. Excellent bed and shower and very clean. It is a 6-minute drive from Universal Park.

Our family has stayed here over 5 times in the last 3 years and it’s always reasonably priced and a fantastic stay. Big and clean rooms with a 24/7 shuttle to YYC which is always easy to book there and back. Great free breakfast too with GF options. It’s my YYC ‘go to’ hotel!

Excellent Inexpensive! 
Easy check in and accommodated late check out for free!  PET Friendly!    Good but simple breakfast! 
Free parking!       Was perfect for what we needed for one night!
