Hotel Boss has a fantastic location. There's a Founder Bak Kut Teh restaurant right downstairs! The closest MRT station is Lavender, and it's only about three to four stops to places like Merlion Park and Marina Bay. There are also many bus stops nearby, providing direct access to all major attractions in Singapore. Plus, there's a Sheng Siong supermarket about 500-600 meters away, which is great for buying souvenirs at a good price!

The rooms are a bit small, but generally very clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a good variety, and there's also a large swimming pool! If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice.

The biggest plus of this hotel is its location and surrounding amenities. It's right next to a subway and bus station, with a food court and fast food restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get to attractions. While the lack of hot water in the morning was a minor drawback, the overall experience was still great.

Rooms are a bit small, which is expected in such a prime location, but the service was excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient and safe, with a great atmosphere. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the subway station is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to all the attractions. This hotel definitely exceeded expectations, no regrets! Helen, one of the hotel staff, spoke Chinese and provided fantastic service. She was very enthusiastic and gave us great tips on which sights to see, where to go, and where to find good food. Although there aren't a ton of places to visit in Singapore, the overall experience was really good.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a MAT just about 50 meters away. It's also near Singapore's third-ranked management university, and within walking distance of Fort Canning Park, the National Museum, the Singapore Art Museum, and Clarke Quay. There are two hawker centers nearby, as well as Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Toast Box, making the location incredibly convenient. We stayed in a triple room which was 17 square meters. While the room was small, it was well-equipped. The soundproofing definitely isn't great, so I'd recommend bringing earplugs. Everything else was good, and the price was quite reasonable for Singapore. Overall, it was a decent stay.

The location of Value Hotel Balestier is quite nice and convenient, with easy access to nearby food places and transportation. However, the main downside of my stay was the restroom. It was noticeably smelly and had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to sewage or poop, which made using the bathroom uncomfortable. While the location is a plus, the cleanliness and smell of the restroom really need improvement.

The room was very clean. It's a normal size, not huge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can just walk around and don't need a taxi. The price was also good. I'd definitely stay here again; the room was nice!

Have been staying in different hotels under the worldwide management, this is first time with V hotel, as usual the customer service( Especially Hannah) , security, maintenance and house keeping is very welcoming and pleasing, thanks for complimentary check-in, we are  grateful for their kind gestures✍️🌸

Stayed at this budget hotel for a short trip and it was worth the price. The room was clean, air-conditioning worked well, and check-in was smooth. Basic facilities are provided, suitable for travelers who just need a comfortable place to rest. Location is convenient with shops and food nearby. Overall, a good budget-friendly option.

Everything was perfect! We were greeted by Elvis upon checking in. Explain to us everything we could do, or eat around the area. The Room are clean and neat. Everything was perfect frm start till chcking out! Would definitely come again! Kudos to Elvis and the team!!

Best cost-effective way if you want to live in convenient location while not compromising living experience too much. 

The best part is that they got private parking for customers. There are around 10 parking spaces or so.

Ample parking The room is very clean. Equipment and appliances are complete in the room. Impressed, whoever comes, will definitely not be disappointed 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

There were windows when I booked, but there was no window when I lived in, and others were fine.
