Great stay! I stayed here during the F1 weekend and booked just one week in advance. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping cleaned it every day. Andrew and all the staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. Great location, close to the MRT and everything you need. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely stay here again! ❤️

Very convenient location, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it easy to get around Singapore. The only suggestion would be the drinking water arrangement. The hotel provides a water filter instead of bottled water. The filtered water tasted fine, but providing reusable glass bottles filled with filtered water daily would be more convenient and still environmentally friendly.

This was my first time visiting Singapore, and I booked this hotel because it seemed relatively new. Upon checking in, I found that the facilities were indeed new, just like in the photos. It also has a pool and a gym. It's only a few minutes' walk from the nearest MRT station, and about a 10-minute walk to Bugis. The staff were also very professional. The only downside is that the room was a bit small, but then again, Singapore is a place where every inch of land is precious. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

This hotel offers the best of both worlds: excellent transportation and spacious rooms. It's directly connected to the Raffles Place MRT station, and Raffles City Shopping Centre is right downstairs. Getting to Marina Bay and Orchard Road is incredibly convenient, and Changi Airport is just a 20-minute drive away. The standard room size starts at 45 sqm, which is perfectly ample for a family of four (two adults, two children), making it very family-friendly. The mini-bar is well-stocked, and thoughtful details like TWG tea and Le Labo toiletries are a definite plus. The laksa and kaya toast for breakfast are also worth trying. If there's a downside, it would be the higher price point, making it ideal for families with a generous budget who prioritize location and space.

I genuinely think this place is fantastic! It was the cheapest room I could find that met my requirements. I initially thought that because it was so inexpensive, it would be in a very remote location, but it turns out there are two bus stops right outside. I also found the staff to be very patient. I don't speak English, but they were very patient with me, using a translator and even gestures. They were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning ladies would always greet us when they saw us.

The hotel staff were excellent, very enthusiastic, and allowed free luggage storage. They even offered early check-in when a room was available. The air conditioning in the room was strong, and the location was super convenient – the nearest MRT station is only 100 meters away. I'll definitely stay at Hotel Mi Bencoolen again next time.

I stayed 6 nights in 4th floor, the size of the room is okay, although the floor abit dusty, must get the cleaning room to mop the floor.
Here is the pro and cons about this hotel :
Positive : the staff friendly, cleaning the room everyday and change towel, the hot water in the shower is working well, has hair dryer, brankas, small refrigerator, windows, flat tv 42 inch with channel, internet quite fast. Has water filter for drinking inside the toilet, AC is cool.

Negative : No Bidet, the rooms has no sound proof so can hear the neighbour or people walking, location in red light distric but near to city and easy to have bus station or near to Kallang MRT with walking 8 minutes, mattress a bit hard, the pillow is not nice for sleep.

Overall : if you are looking for budget hotel and dont care about the other things then this hotel suitable for you to save money.

Stayed here for a couple of days and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent – walking distance to everything. The reception team is welcoming and gave us great tips on where to eat and how to get around. Daily housekeeping is a big plus – towels changed, dust wiped, room always tidy. It's just right for a short vacation or a business trip. Thank you!

I booked this hotel over 40 days in advance for a summer trip with my kids. I think it's a great hotel with excellent value for money. The nearby restaurants are also good, and the subway access is very convenient. There's also a Chinese supermarket in the 15th district with good chocolate and coffee.

This was a pleasant, quiet, and safe stay.

**Environment:**
It's about a 13-minute walk to Aljunied MRT (EW line). The hotel is located about 50 meters inside Lane 18 of Geylang Road. Geylang Road itself is very bustling with heavy traffic, but once you step into Lane 18, it becomes quite peaceful. You can't hear car noises at night. However, the hotel's soundproofing isn't great; you can clearly hear snoring from the next room and conversations in the corridor. Luckily, guests were quite considerate and didn't make much noise late at night.

**Service:**
I booked 3 nights through Trip.com, two nights with a king bed and one night with twin beds. There was a front desk staff member who spoke Mandarin. Upon our request, they were very helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same room for the third night as well, saving us the hassle of moving our belongings.

On the second day, when we returned, we found the service manager waiting in our room. The floor was completely covered in water because a pipe in the corridor ceiling had burst. She asked if we wanted to switch to another room, and we agreed. She then kindly upgraded us to a deluxe room free of charge, which was much larger and more comfortable. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise, haha!

**Cleanliness:**
The room was clean and tidy. The corridor had a Japanese-inspired design.

**Facilities:**
There's a refrigerator, which is convenient for storing your own food.
Toothbrush and toothpaste are provided, though the toothpaste was hard to squeeze out. There's no comb, and you need to get razors from the front desk.
There's no mineral water, but there's a water dispenser for drinking, and a kettle to boil hot water.
The air conditioning was noisy. Even when turned off, it wasn't cold, making for a quieter sleep. I needed two air-con blankets. The air-con blanket wasn't covered by a sheet, so I wasn't sure whether to use the blanket or the sheet directly when sleeping. But overall, I didn't catch a cold.

The room is clean and there is a small green area in front of the front desk, which is very relaxing. The breakfast is simple and the soundproofing is poor

The room is large and very large. The room has a fan, it is very convenient to eat around, the supermarket is opposite, you can buy fruit and drinking water. It is also very convenient to eat breakfast. The variety is very cheap.
