It's a great hotel and usually the. front desk is helpful. However my last. trip here has been a nightmare, they put me in a room on the. same floor with those with pets. it was difficult to work, and. when I asked. Front desk to switch me, she lied and said they were full.

The pick-up and drop-off service likes 👍. It was late to the hotel at night, basically there was nothing to eat, and asked the front desk to buy 4 packs of instant noodles Mr Noodles. It is that Ctrip has paid when calculating the room rate. It is still paid again at the hotel. It should be that overseas Trip.com has not connected well. This needs to be improved.
