During the National Day holiday, there was only one auntie cleaning the room. We arrived at 12 o'clock and were asked to wait. We couldn't enter the hot spring first. We could only check in and enter the hot spring after 3 p.m. After coordination, we were given a room to change clothes first. Then the room was too cold and there was no heating air conditioner. I asked the front desk and they said the air conditioner could only cool. The towels in the last room were white with black spots.
