The hotel is very bright and comfortable from the lobby to the room. The facilities are very new and smart. The wash basin, toilet and bathroom are separated separately. The room is also equipped with free drinks and water, as well as fruit. There is a humidifier in the room. Breakfast has fried hot dishes, buns, fried dough sticks, noodles, soy milk, milk... enough to eat. The waiter is also very enthusiastic. BBietaimangWe passed by Lindian to take a hot spring bath. In order to save trouble, we booked a room in the scenic area. First of all, let me talk about the advantages. The lady at the front desk was very easy to communicate with. We wanted to bring our pets, and the lady at the front desk said that we could arrange a room next to the side so as not to affect other guests. I was very grateful! The disadvantage is that it feels like there are some problems with the hotel's management. The facilities are not perfect. The front desk is very small. We almost didn't see it when we checked in. There were a lot of people around and not many people at the front desk. When there are a lot of people, they can't handle it and the efficiency is relatively low. The front desk has worked hard with customers checking in and asking all kinds of questions. Then our room is next to the linen room. Not to mention the customers in the corridor who got up early and shouted that day, the hotel staff in the linen room next door shouted at the door of the linen room, which is outside our room, for the whole morning. I have no objection if you go into the room to work. The sound insulation is not good. I really didn't get enough rest. The service awareness needs to be improved!
