Right next to the front desk, there's a separate lounge area with complimentary drinks, coffee, herbal teas, and ice, making you feel right at home the moment you step in. The only downside is the open parking lot, which often has many local vehicles parked there, making it inconvenient for hotel guests to find a spot. I hope they address this issue."
