GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming. Especially the lovely receptionist, Xiao Zhang, who was highly capable and incredibly friendly. They upgraded us to a spacious and comfortable room. It's quite close to the Ceramics Museum, definitely worth a visit. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so here are a few from the museum.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not big, the room facilities are complete and clean. The most commendable thing is the service. The attitude of everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff is very good. I also met the hotel owner while having breakfast. He did everything himself, from wiping the tables to counting the meals. It's understandable why he can lead such a great team.
The only drawback is that parking is difficult. The slope of the basement is too steep and there are not many parking spaces. It would be more convenient if the washbasin in the parent-child room was outside the toilet. However, the overall experience is still very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. I will continue to stay in your hotel when I come to Liling next time!

給幾個小建議
1、別墅房的大門加個紗窗那樣的門，不然大門真的不敢開，很多蚊子和蟲會跑進房間，不開門又享受不到大自然的新鮮空氣，遺憾。
2、拖鞋可以換雙乾淨的嗎？還有其實那個一次性的拖鞋不適合木地板，太滑了，不準備也罷。
3、別墅大門可以裝一個很厚的窗帘，不然一大早還沒睡醒光線就太亮了
4、沐浴露洗髮露可以弄好點的瓶裝的，這些一次性的有點low的感覺啊。
其他都非常好，希望改進就更好了。
