"This was my first time staying at this American-branded hotel chain. The decor is elegantly black and white, and even with all the lights on, the room still felt dark. The hotel staff were very welcoming and attentive. Because I was in a hurry, I contacted the hotel early to check in and enjoy an early breakfast. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food was delicious. Unexpectedly for a foreign hotel, the coffee machine didn't work. The self-service laundry room was nice, with two washers and dryers, which was quite convenient. The hotel also offers both underground and above-ground parking, which was quite convenient. A few details: the three-part bathroom was very convenient, but the faucet at the shampoo station was a bit fiddly to use. Also, the hotel's hallway lights were wobbly, and walking side by side, they could easily bump into each other, which was quite awkward."

AAMMRIT PHANMUANGI used my holiday trip in Liling city with Lotus hotel where I located not far from center of Liling city and the hotel have full facilities. And the room is so big for rest with appropriated proportions. The lotus hotel is so clean. Moreover, staff team is so kind and friendly for all guests especially foreigners are warmly welcomed from them. They tried to suggest everything for you living in here and solve the problem from guests with smoothly process. Lotus hotel will be admitted in my mind when I missing Liling city🥹🥹. I not sure yet, I would be comeback to Liling again or not. If I back to Liling again in the future( as I can/ as the opportunity will happen 🥹) I would be to choose Lotus hotel again.
