After we encountered a bad experience with a desert glamping resort in Dunhuang, we were a bit cautious with Dune when we booked it. However, after I communicated with the manager in Dune via WeChat, I was more confident as he was very polite and helpful. He helped us to booked a transfer from Turpan Airport to Dune resort. As our flight arrived Turpan in the evening, it was late when we arrived at Dune. The manager and another staff came to the entrance of the driveway to welcome us and helped us with our luggage. They took us straight to our tent, and they upgraded us to a bigger tent, too. We woke up to this beautiful Kumtag Desert Sand dunes, right in front of our tent! It was so beautiful. As the off peak season started, we were the only guests there but the staff were serving us with delicious breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful! The manager and staff were very attentive to our requests. One of the staff has helped us to arrange a local guide/driver to take us to the Kumtag desert for an exciting ATV ride and sand sliding. We had a great time. We ended up hiring the same guide, a pleasant and calm Uygur young guy to take us for some sightseeing and dropped us back to Turpan. I would say to anyone who is looking for a real desert glamping, please come to Dune in Shahshan near Turpan instead of Dunhuang.

I took my family back to my hometown for the New Year and passed by Shanshan County. I was really tired, so I chose Letu Hotel to stay for one night. The hotel is newly opened. The location is not close to the main street and is very quiet. The room is very big and the family is very satisfied with the stay! Facilities: The facilities are complete. There are charging stations, which makes it very convenient to charge my car. There are also small robots, which makes the children happy. Hygiene: The room is clean and the cleaning ladies are very friendly. They will deliver anything you need in time! Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, eating is very convenient, and there is a supermarket! The food at the Jumping Chicken restaurant in front of the hotel is delicious 😋! Service: The front desk staff is very enthusiastic, very satisfied, especially satisfied! The room is so well lit, very satisfied!

I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel on my first trip to Turpan, Xinjiang. I had a very comfortable three-night stay. The room was warm and clean. The interior design was beautiful throughout the hotel. The restaurant staff, room service staff, and even the security guard at the entrance were all very friendly. However, I wish the young women at the front desk had been more welcoming.😊

What a beautiful beautiful small hotel. Can imagine what it would have been like to stay during the full grapes season. The small vineyard in the hotel compound and the endless vineyards outside. In the morning, we walk thru the serene small neighbourhood, passed by the school. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to walk further. The staff at the reception, the night staff and the lady at the coffee place were so so so helpful. We were hungry and they went to buy a nang for us from a nearby shop. They even allowed us to sit at the small coffee shop eventho it is closed. Breakfast was beautifully prepared by the nice lady at the kitchen. Language barrier did not prevent one to be kind. The food was tasty, perfect mix of food. We hope to be back Bafeng

The hotel's service really impressed me. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The reception staff at the front desk were friendly and kind, and the check-in procedure was efficient and fast. They also introduced me to the various facilities and services of the hotel in detail. The hotel's room service is also very attentive. The room is cleaned on time every day, towels and toiletries are replaced, and the room is always kept clean and tidy. Moreover, the staff will provide personalized services according to the needs of the guests, and I am very satisfied with the hotel's catering. The breakfast options are rich and varied, including Chinese porridge, steamed buns, stir-fried vegetables, and Western-style bread, milk, coffee, salad, etc., to meet the taste needs of different guests. The price/performance ratio of this hotel is very high. Not only does it provide excellent service and comfortable accommodation, the price is also very reasonable. Compared with hotels of the same level, this hotel is more affordable and has better details. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, you will not be disappointed if you choose this hotel.

The room is new and the transportation location is also very good. Clean, very cost-effective, and the staff are also very polite. I will stay here again next time I have the chance. It is about 5 kilometers away from the high-speed rail station
