"I stayed at this hotel with my dog. It's located in an old street with Xinjiang-style architecture. The room even had a long balcony, which was great for enjoying the view in the morning. There are also plenty of food options right next to the hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. Even though she was a little scared of my dog, she still wanted to pet his head a lot. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Turpan with their pet!"

"The hotel accepts foreigners (as of June 2025). The location is fairly convenient, though not very central. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and even a night market. The room was large and with all the necessary amenities in good condition. The only issue was that the toilet wasn't cleaned well on the first day. The staff was kind. It is possible to store your bag for free. Overall, a good option for foreigners, especially as the hotels available for them in Turpan are limited."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the station entrance, just a two-minute walk. The hotel service is good, and the room hygiene is excellent. The only minor issue is the dusty exterior windows, but I guess that's unavoidable in a desert/Gobi region. The self-service laundry uses LG commercial machines, which are great. I checked their dryer lint traps, and they were all clean, indicating someone regularly maintains them. That's quite rare and impressive. Highly recommend!"

"My stay at ZHotel really exceeded my expectations! As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was drawn in by the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee and the vintage industrial design. Check-in was super fast, and the front desk even thoughtfully offered me a complimentary coffee. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, had plenty of hot water and a stable temperature, and the toiletries were high-quality. The room even came with drip coffee, and the work area was spacious, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Incredible value for money – I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose ZHotel again next time I'm in town!"

The hotel also offers a wide selection of red and fruit wines, making it a must-see for anyone interested in wine. Overall, this is an excellent hotel, highly recommended!"

"The hotel's surroundings are average. The rooms are on the second and third floors. Downstairs is a Sichuan restaurant, noodle shop, and breakfast shop. Parking is available on both sides of the road and behind the building. The hotel staff is friendly and greets guests warmly upon arrival. Check-in is quick. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. It's a new hotel, and the amenities are quite new. My favorite is the matte gray bathroom flooring, which feels elegant and classy. The shower water is excellent, and the mattress is also acceptable. I don't understand why the quilts are so thick in a place like Turpan with such extreme temperatures. To cover them, the air conditioner has to be set very low. Doesn't that waste electricity? Another issue is that every day when I return to my room and open the door, I smell a strong odor. I look carefully and it doesn't seem to be coming from the bathroom. I don't know where it's coming from, and the windows are closed, so there's no outside air coming in. However, this problem persisted for two consecutive days. I hope the hotel can address this. Overall, for a new hotel, it's a good one."

"We brought our child to Turpan this time and chose the Superior Twin Room at Huozhou Mercure Hotel. The experience far exceeded our expectations, so I must write a thorough review! 1. **Comfortable and Spacious Room, Kid-Friendly** The Superior Twin Room was a good size. The bedding was clean and soft, and the air conditioning was powerful, which was a lifesaver in hot Turpan! 2. **Thoughtful Details, Kids Had a Blast** The hotel knew we were traveling with a child and proactively prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes. The windows had safety locks, and the power outlets were placed with child safety in mind, which gave us parents great peace of mind. 3. **Excellent Location** It's not far from Grape Valley and Flaming Mountain scenic areas, just about a ten-minute drive. Downstairs, there are local restaurants and a supermarket, making it super convenient to buy water and fruits. In the evening, we could even walk to nearby squares and restaurants. 4. **Cleanliness and Service, Both Excellent** The entire hotel was very clean, with no strange odors in the hallways or rooms."

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"My first time staying in an 8-bed dorm, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was freshly changed – so soft and comfortable. My roommates were all incredibly nice; we chatted and shared snacks in the evening, creating a lively and warm family-like atmosphere. The space was also surprisingly spacious. Each person had a generously-sized locker with plenty of room for all their belongings, and the tables in the common areas were more than sufficient, perfect for both studying and relaxing. The value for money was outstanding! I'd absolutely love to stay here again."

"Wonderful and friendly hostel at a great quiet and central location. Grocery stores nextdoor, and a range of restaurants within a short walk. The room was large and comfortable, with hot water in the shower. We enjoyed the courtyard as well. A special note to the helpful staff, who organized our day trip van, and ordered the taxi to the airport. All in all a great choice."
