"The hotel's location is excellent; you can see its huge sign right outside the station's left exit (but you'll need to go around to the back for the main entrance). The staff, including front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping, were all incredibly friendly and provided service with a constant smile – it felt very welcoming! The hotel is clean and quiet. Even though it's very close to the train station, the soundproofing is excellent, and there aren't many trains, so you don't hear any noise at all! The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic, offering a wide variety of Chinese dishes and Xinjiang specialties. I was extremely satisfied! The hotel is also very close to the Karez Scenic Area, easily accessible by bus from the station exit – very convenient!"

"This weekend, I brought my family to Turpan and stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Turpan. It was truly excellent, a solid five-star review! Especially the front desk staff, Xiao Yi and Xiao Pan, whose attitude was so friendly and service so warm and thorough. They really made us feel valued – excellent, excellent! 👍 The room was spotless, no strange odors, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, so I slept soundly. All the facilities were in good working order, hot water came quickly, and the water pressure was strong. Very satisfied!"

"Amazing english speaking team on reception who help you plan trips in the area. Wandou the golden retriever is absolutely incredible and worth staying here for alone! Lovely common areas and cheap laundry service Dorms were a little tired feeling but the beds had curtains and shelves etc which was great. Aircon in every room which was essential in the heat though staff would come in the room frequently to turn it off and open the window, therefore letting in the heat, which meant the aircon needed to be used even more!"

"This hotel is amazing, with great staff and services. It’s well located with enough shops nearby if you need snacks. It’s also a few minutes drive from the Karez Garden experience and near other activities, such as the market. The site where the hotel is located is at a new place that imitates that of an ancient Uyghur city so it’s an attraction on its own. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all ameneties needed. I want to point out that the staff was very friendly and kind, and it was a real pleasure staying there. I will be staying there again if I return to Turpan and I will recommend the place to my friends. Thank you very much!"

"Good hotel with a great location. The breakfast is excellent and also offers continental options. We had a twin room, but even in this type of room the bathroom, including the shower and toilet, is built with glass doors. This means you can see each other while showering or using the toilet. We found this quite uncomfortable. After all, if you choose a twin room, it’s usually because you prefer more privacy. This is something that should definitely be reconsidered."

"At the entrance of the Youth Hostel is a row of mulberry trees, successfully realizing the freedom of mulberry, and eating cool! The proprietress was very enthusiastic and told us where there were small white apricots to pick. It was near the Youth Hostel. There were indeed many. There was still a little sour and the big one was very sweet! The bosses organized barbecues and invited us to eat together, a super good experience! Also lent us an electric car to facilitate our travel. Stay here next time you come to Turpan!"

"The hotel is in a generally good location Turpan, a 5 minute walk from bezeklik street, which made it a convenient base for exploring. The staff were very kind and welcoming, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were, they even let us change rooms when something wasn’t quite right, which we thought was great service. Overall, the service was excellent and staff genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Breakfast was good and offered a nice start to the day. One thing worth noting is that although the hotel advertises a gym and a laundry room, the gym was not available during our stay as the hotel is still new and parts of it were under construction. There was also no on-site laundry room, but the hotel did offer to take our laundry and have it done at another hotel, which was actually a very helpful and well-handled solution. Despite these points, the hotel offers very good value for money, and the positive service really made a difference to our stay."

"第一次來吐魯番，選了這家剛開業的民宿，整體體驗特別好。提前和老闆溝通落地時間，特意開車到機場接我們，省去打車找路的麻煩，待人隨和不客套。民宿整體都是全新裝修，房間、衞浴都很新，衞生打掃得乾乾淨淨，一點灰塵異味都沒有。院子裏種滿葡萄架，白天乘涼，隨手就能摘新鮮葡萄，位置就在葡萄溝青蛙巷，逛景區很方便，真心推薦。"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turpan. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable after long days of traveling around Xinjiang. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist despite language barriers. The location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, making our mornings even better. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turpan"

"The hotel was on a back street in old Turpan so it was quiet and in a pleasant area. The hotel room was good and we were upgraded for free. There is a lovely and extensive garden/patio which unfortunately we could only make minimal use because it was cold. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was cleaned every day without request and we were supplied with clean towels every day. The manager was very helpful, advising us on a number of matters, ordering a taxi for us, and permitting us to stay until 2:00 PM when we left because of a 4:00 PM train departure. The hotel provided a basic but very reasonably priced breakfast. And as all reviewers have noted, the hotel has a unique toilet."
