They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service! Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. JJoseph Gray BaileyIt's an interesting location--an artist village--way out in the bucolic and rustic countryside. I enjoyed my time staying in a house with the 2nd floor. The service was very good (including being driven around a forest park, the village, and to another bigger village for party supplies). The location is very close (walking distance) to the crane (bird) wildlife refuge. The restaurant there is also really good with a nice variety of selections. Everyone in the village was quite friendly and helpful.

The service was excellent; the gentleman at the front desk on the first floor was very welcoming, and they even upgraded our room. The room itself was quiet and quite spacious, and the location was convenient for getting around. There's also an electric car charging station nearby. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every detail made me feel at home. **1. Intimate service, as warm as family** The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and check-in is efficient and orderly. After learning that I was a tourist from out of town, they proactively recommended nearby food and travel routes, and even gave me a hand-drawn guide map. When I arrived late at night, I was unexpectedly served hot night porridge and snacks, which instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. The staff provided service with a smile throughout the whole process, and even the cleaning lady would take the initiative to say hello. This kind of sincere care made people feel very cordial. **2. Simple design and thoughtful facilities** The room design continues Atour's consistent fresh style, with natural wood tones and soft lighting to create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the down quilt is light and warm, leaving you refreshed after a night of deep sleep. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are made from natural plant ingredients, and it also comes with a full set of skin care samples. I especially like the smart guest control system, which makes it very convenient to adjust the lighting/air conditioning by voice! **3. The ultimate experience of detail control** • Free laundry service: There is a self-service laundry room next to the gym, providing a one-stop solution for washing and drying • 100 Books Project: Books can be borrowed for free at the lobby book bar and returned to stores nationwide upon check-out • All-day tea: 24-hour supply of red date tea and lemonade, paired with seasonal fruits, super heart-warming • Breakfast surprise: A wide variety of Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts, as well as local snacks **4. Excellent location, worry-free travel** The hotel is located near China World Trade Center, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and is surrounded by convenient dining and shopping. Although it is located in a busy city, the double-layer soundproof glass completely isolates the noise, ensuring perfect quietness. This stay completely refreshed my understanding of mid- to high-end hotels. Atour interpreted the brand concept of ”humanity, warmth, and fun” with details. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a quality choice worth staying in again and again! When I checked out, I was already looking forward to our next encounter. The room service cleaning sister replenished drinking water very timely, which is very friendly for families who go out early and return late on May Day. I especially like the atmosphere of the hotel's buffet breakfast restaurant and all the staff, including the front desk, service staff, and the eldest sister. Although the taste is different for different people, there are many varieties. I especially like it❤️+1: The girl in charge of cooking fish soup noodles and wontons is very enthusiastic. She is the most enthusiastic and patient in cooking noodles in all the hotels I have stayed in recently, including luxury five-star hotels. Special thanks and likes +2❤️: The sister in the black suit at the breakfast bar, the service is particularly good, helping to pick up the mobile phone that fell in the gap, timely, enthusiastic and responsible, sincere and hearty smile and service make people feel very comfortable, absolutely beat those attentive masked stereotyped WeChat services, only sincerity is the most moving, it is a comfortable moment in the hurried May Day trip! There are two more attractions I want to go to, but I didn't go because of time, and I will choose here again!

AAnthony Gareth BaileyMy 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.

You can take a bath at any time and it is very private. The hotel facilities are also good, with smart toilets and coffee machines. After booking for two days, pastries, fruits and mini bars are replenished every day, which is a good comment. I specially booked the cherry blossom period. The cherry blossoms in Dayang Bay are in full bloom, which is very beautiful. You can take pictures no matter how you shoot. The scenic area is very large. If you are tired, you can contact the hotel butler to help you transfer back to the hotel. Overall, I feel very satisfied with this trip. Finally, I would like to thank a young lady at the front desk! At that time, I had just checked out and was ready to call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Because the hotel is in the scenic area, the taxi driver needs to drive in from the east gate. The driver couldn't find the hotel and directly canceled the order and left. The front desk lady was afraid that I would call a taxi late and miss the high-speed rail, so she drove her own car to take us to the high-speed rail station. It was a very considerate service. I will come again in the future!

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Dazong Lake Scenic Area and Dongjin Water City, and the beautiful scenery of the water town is just outside the door. The location is unique. The room hygiene is impeccable, the whole house is spotless, the bedding is soft and clean, and the toiletries are complete without smell. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the garden-style design atmosphere is full, the lake view is wide, and the air is fresh and pleasant.
