The door of the toilet in the room was broken and couldn't be closed...very embarrassing! The breakfast was OK, but there were not many varieties. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, although there was mosquito coils. The soundproofing is very poor, and you can clearly hear the door opening and closing next door. It took the hotel more than an hour to deliver ice cubes... Overall, it is not ”luxury”. Booked two breakfasts, and when I checked in, they said it was included, but when the people staying with me went to check in, they said it was not included...

Ms Carina Gu Yang was more helpful and was knowledgeable in English. Really Caring person whenever we met in the lobby. Was receiving and helped us to be comfortable in the hotel and stay. Thanks for her hospitality. Hotel is also very nice and really good property to stay and come back again.

感謝管家佳佳的關照。雖然衹住了一晚酒店，還給了升級。酒店的設施，特別是温泉到位。非常感謝！吐槽一下餐廳吧，無論菜品還是服務，應該有很大的改進空間（5/1晚上趕到酒店，到餐廳後得知晚餐竟然不能點餐、連前台都不知道這個變更？）好在開車幾公里找到小鎮才找到吃的。不然的話衹能吃泡麪了。然後早餐，説是到10:00，可9:30不到，麪包沒了、黃油沒了，水果沒了….問服務員有加嗎？回話、説你需要嗎？這、、、無語了。然後補上了還算行吧。自助餐呀，缺了補，不需要問吧？

The hotel service was so-so. The front desk staff were rather inflexible. After staying two nights, my key card stopped working on the second day, so I had to go back to the front desk to get it renewed. The door lock also broke that night, thankfully it was fixed in time, but it was still a bit of a hassle. There weren't many restaurants nearby, so I ate at all three hotel restaurants. I'm not picky, but the food was all pretty good, and the portions were huge – three people couldn't finish four dishes! The hotel pool was only 1.5 meters deep, not suitable for those who aren't good swimmers. The staff recommended renting a swim ring for 20 yuan. The pool wasn't crowded, so the experience was okay. Overall, in terms of service, the Mercure next door was better. Because the food was served late, they even gave my child a complimentary steamed egg. I didn't mind the egg, but it made me feel respected!

設施：五星級酒店的配置總不會差的，房間還是支持小度小度語音控制的，入住贈送水果、酸奶，科勒的衞浴，徠芬吹風機、房間裏還有抽濕機。 酒店配套温泉，住店客人衹需要50元/人，室內室外都有湯池，室外甚至有一個落地，湖景池。 一樓中餐廳的晚餐也是住店客人9折，口味也不賴；特別是要誇一誇自助早餐，魚湯麪、雞蛋餅這些當地特色應有盡有且出品穩定。 衞生：房間打掃得很乾凈；温泉裏面也清清爽爽的。 環境：地處大豐港，位置可能是偏僻了點，附近都是港泊集團的各類文旅產業。但是停車方便，環境也安靜。 服務：服務非常好！員工陳紅和樊欣怡禮貌周到、有問必答，會主動告知各項住店福利，會主動詢問需求，體驗感非常棒！

The master would also help with luggage. The shuttle buses in the scenic area were interoperable, which was very convenient. The environment is in a natural oxygen bar, the birds and flowers are very healing, very close to the eye of the forest, walking through the forest, walking and stopping, ten minutes to arrive, from the top to look down, the whole forest is very shocking. The waiter is responsive, and someone docks before check-in, and the whole process is intimate. The reservation sent a mini bar soft drink, welcome fruit and a package, the quality is good. In the morning, the fish soup noodle soup is rich and will be a resort.

My experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Yancheng Dafengwan exceeded all expectations! The entire hotel is designed as an elegant New Chinese garden, with pavilions, flowing water, and lush greenery. Every step offers a beautiful, healing view. The room was spacious and spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the garden, offering a fantastic view. Staff members Xiao Cai and Xiao Song were warm and polite, making check-in efficient and even offering thoughtful cookies. Breakfast had a rich variety, with authentic local specialties. The heated pool and fitness area were also very well-maintained. Located next to the Dafengwan Scenic Area, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The hotel perfectly blends the essence of Jiangnan gardens, offering a tranquil and quiet escape from the city. The guest rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping is meticulous, with high-quality toiletries. The dining was delicious, with a good balance of meat and vegetables. The entire staff provided warm and attentive service, always ready to assist. Whether it's for a peaceful escape or a short trip, this is an excellent choice. Full marks!

The hotel room is spacious and bright, with a very reasonable layout and a good view outside the window. The room service cleaning sister replenished drinking water very timely, which is very friendly for families who go out early and return late on May Day. I especially like the atmosphere of the hotel's buffet breakfast restaurant and all the staff, including the front desk, service staff, and the eldest sister. Although the taste is different for different people, there are many varieties. I especially like it❤️+1: The girl in charge of cooking fish soup noodles and wontons is very enthusiastic. She is the most enthusiastic and patient in cooking noodles in all the hotels I have stayed in recently, including luxury five-star hotels. Very nice looking hotel and helpful staff. The room is pretty big and comfortable. Just the breakfast was a little bit underwhelming, but that’s just a minor complaint. You get a very good value for your money. Would definitely stay again.

My 2nd time in Dongtai, 1st time in Leida hotel. It looked good on the website. 1st impressions were good. Even though the staff spoke very limited English they checked me in efficiently (I do speak some Chinese but if you don't it's okay). The rooms are a good size and the big picture windows give great views over the public lake/park. the only downside was the faint aroma of stale cigarette smoke in the room but this is China and unfortunately to be expected. The downside was the breakfast was very Chinese and though I love the cuisine here I'm not a lover of Chinese breakfast. It would have been better if the cook knew how to make fried eggs in different styles than just solid yokes and they invested in a good coffee machine. The coffee was in a flask....and was white....I didn't even try the bit I poured into a cup. The positive is Wuyue Plaza is a 10 minute stroll and has a Starbucks and MacDonalds! I had a look at the gym and pool. Gym was 10 yuan, pool was 40. Both looked okay. The hotel grounds needed a bit of a tidy up but were okay. I couldn't find direct access into the lake/park area but then I was only there 2 nights. The big convenience was Wuyue Plaza. The top floor was restaurants. A decent selection. Towards the back on the outside walking street was a decent little bar (Black Vine). Nice manager, 8 craft beer taps, lots of bottled beer. Yes, I'd stay here again as it suited my purpose.
