Staying during the Spring Festival, suitable for vacation, good sanitary conditions, relatively new hotel facilities, good quality of disposable supplies, courteous and patient staff, go to the gym at 9 pm, the staff also specially opened all the facilities, no complaints because the is a person to use. Breakfast is especially recommended. The ginger bump milk is unexpectedly delicious. The freshly cooked fish soup noodle fish soup is delicious. The freshly baked radish sesame cake is too fragrant.

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and refreshing atmosphere. The entire property was impeccably clean, making my stay even more enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help. They went the extra mile by offering assistance proactively—whether guiding me or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness added a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest.
I was also deeply impressed by their honesty and efficiency. When I realized I had left an item behind, I called the hotel, and 小徐 (Xiao Xu) at the front desk confirmed within seconds that it had been safely kept. She even arranged for it to be delivered to me the very next day—such outstanding service!
Thanks to this wonderful experience, I will definitely choose Mercure hotels again in the future. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so delightful!

HHaiyangjingyuG15 Shenhai Expressway Yancheng Binhai County, Jiangsu Province, is close to the high-speed. It is really difficult to find a good environment on the side of the highway. Entering the hotel, you can see the lobby style, staying in the hotel and seeing the natural beauty of the atrium corridor. The overall layout of the rooms is good, but the hygiene is unacceptable. The room manager is responsible for patiently listening to the room problem and solving the problem in time. Don't avoid the problem and say that the hotel is recently renovated and maintained, and the construction may be dusty. The manager euphemistically said the actual situation, the guests understood! The overall hotel service staff is warm, the hotel has charging piles, the breakfast dishes are complete, the restaurant environment is clean, and the meal is pleasant! Will stay at the hotel again in the future!

Service: The front desk service is very meticulous. When I checked in, they asked me about the check-out time and said they would issue me an invoice in advance. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, and check-in is efficient and orderly. After learning that I was a tourist from out of town, they proactively recommended nearby food and travel routes, and even gave me a hand-drawn guide map. When I arrived late at night, I was unexpectedly served hot night porridge and snacks, which instantly relieved my fatigue from the journey. The staff provided service with a smile throughout the whole process, and even the cleaning lady would take the initiative to say hello. This kind of sincere care made people feel very cordial.
**2. Simple design and thoughtful facilities**
The room design continues Atour's consistent fresh style, with natural wood tones and soft lighting to create a warm home atmosphere. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the down quilt is light and warm, leaving you refreshed after a night of deep sleep. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are made from natural plant ingredients, and it also comes with a full set of skin care samples. I especially like the smart guest control system, which makes it very convenient to adjust the lighting/air conditioning by voice!

This stay completely refreshed my understanding of mid- to high-end hotels. Atour interpreted the brand concept of ”humanity, warmth, and fun” with details. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this is a quality choice worth staying in again and again! When I checked out, I was already looking forward to our next encounter.
