This was my second stay at the Yushu Four Seasons Hotel in two days. The experience was truly wonderful and I have to give it a thumbs up!
First, let me highlight the service. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available for any requests, and their friendly and welcoming attitude made it feel incredibly comfortable.
The room was impeccable—clean and tidy, making for a truly comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the oxygen concentrator. The oxygen supply was plentiful, which is crucial in a place like Yushu, completely eliminating any worries.
This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Yushu!

WWangyuetuIt's undeniably remote, incredibly spacious, and undeniably grand.
I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required.
The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place.
The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note.
All three dryers in the laundry room were broken. Fortunately, the manager was quite customer-friendly and helped us send our already washed clothes to another branch for drying. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. If they can't be fixed immediately, it would be best to put up a notice so people know what to do with their wet clothes after washing.
As for breakfast, the coffee was very good.

GGuest UserThe most delightful surprise of my trip to Yushu was undoubtedly my stay at the Lanmei International Hotel! Located right next to King Gesar Square, its location is superb, offering easy access to the city center while remaining peaceful and undisturbed by the hustle and bustle.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed by its ”hardcore” features—the diffused oxygen supply system was a lifesaver at high altitudes! For travelers new to high-altitude areas, this design ensured quality sleep, completely eliminating headaches and insomnia. Combined with the intelligent room control system, lighting, curtains, and air conditioning could be operated with a single touch, maximizing both technological sophistication and comfort.
The service was impeccable. The receptionist was warm and attentive, not only helping with luggage but also thoughtfully providing information on nearby attractions and food streets.
The room's cleanliness was a blessing for those with obsessive-compulsive tendencies: the bathroom was spotless, the bedding was changed daily, and even the air conditioning vents were immaculate. The breakfast was abundant, with freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit offering different options every day, along with local specialties that tantalized the taste buds. It offers exceptional value for money. At this price, you get five-star service, plus complimentary welcome fruit and turndown service. It's truly great value for money!

GGuest UserThe room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient.
We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated.
They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back.

The hotel service was so exceptional, I honestly felt like a VIP, even though I'm just a regular guest! The quality you get for this price point is truly astonishing – far superior to other hotels in the same area.

YYaoyaoThe Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek!
The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's breakfast was also rich!

The service is also very thoughtful and the staff are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is rich and varied and tastes good. GGuest UserThe room is very close to the commercial area and it was very noisy after 1am. It was around seven in the morning and I had to collect garbage again. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no partition, which makes it very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The toilet flushes very hard, like a flood, and I have no choice but to unplug it. The service was pretty good. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they immediately came to fix it when I reported it. The facilities in the whole room are actually good, but the details still need to be improved.

HHuakaihualuocong旅行路過玉樹市，選擇這家酒店入住。位於主幹道旁邊，緊鄰玉樹八一醫院，距離結古寺、州博物館、抗震救災紀念館都不遠。門前有收費停車場，24小時收費10元；還有獨立地下停車場，但僅能停幾輛車。房間設施齊全，感覺是新裝修的，但無異味，衞生間與洗手間分離，智能馬桶、洗浴設施都不錯，熱水充足，床品乾淨舒適。早餐中規中矩，能吃飽吧。服務水平有待提高，入住當晚發現衞生間地漏堵塞、缺紙簍、缺衣架、缺遙控器等多個問題，最終換房間都給解決了。。。總體評價，硬件設施很不錯，服務標準和能力有待提高，還算滿意吧。
