"The room itself was decent, though the hotel's decor is a bit dated. The bathroom's exhaust fan was quite weak. The hotel entrance is located on a slope, which can be a bit of a climb, and the area right outside the entrance is a bit narrow, making parking not very convenient. We were experiencing some mild altitude sickness, and the staff were very helpful, readily assisting us with our luggage. Both the staff and the front desk were proactive and eager to help whenever we had a request, which was much appreciated. They offer a free airport shuttle service, which is a great perk. However, it would be beneficial if guests were informed about this service upon check-in. I spent a long time trying to book a Didi ride that day with no success, and only found out about the shuttle service when I went to the front desk to inquire. On a positive note, I accidentally left an item behind when checking out, and they promptly helped me mail it back."

"During check-in, they were indifferent. I booked a deluxe smart twin room, but they gave me a room with a tiny window. Strangely, both the window of the room next door and the window of the adjacent room faced a small space with absolutely no air circulation. It felt like a disguised wall separating us, which felt like a rip-off. As for the oxygen concentrator, after I informed the front desk, a guy came and fiddled with it for ages before finally managing to get air out of a vent. I've stayed in many Vienna hotels, and this is the first time I've encountered anything like this!"

"Friendly staff, clean room, hot water, fast wifi. Comfortable bed. It's about a 10min walk to Gesar Square. The hotel is a bit uphill. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A taxi from the airport to the hotel is 80 yuan. Staff doesn't know much about getting around, they have to ask the boss. It can be a bit noisy when people walk through the hallway as the sound echoes through the building. It's a bit dark inside and there is no elevator. Eventhough the minor things, it's a good and affordable place to stay in Yushu!"

The location is excellent, very convenient and easily accessible to nearby attractions, shopping areas, and food options, which made the whole trip much more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I could tell that the housekeeping standards are consistently good. "The Vienna Hotel is located in the city center. You can get off the plane and take the airport express directly to the hotel. The front desk clerk is a *******, very enthusiastic and responsive to all requests. I had high reflexes. The front desk clerk promptly sent an oxygen concentrator to the room, gave me a drink to slow down high reflexes, paid attention to our precautions, asked about the cold and warmth, and helped me place an order online. Glucose water, and accompanied my friend to the pharmacy to buy me anti-altitude sickness medicine. I am grateful. I would like to thank the hotel manager and waiter, Tashi Delek! The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel's breakfast was also rich!"

Theconference room can accommodate 80 people, with 2 liquid display screensprofessional audio equipment, and an entertainment and leisure room. Thehotel is 28 kilometers away from Batang Airport, a 30 minute drive away, andis equipped with a business shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the airport(advance reservation is required with the front desk).
"It's undeniably remote, incredibly spacious, and undeniably grand. I understand that Ji Hotels generally cater to business travelers, but this one, due to its spacious location, has been designed to look like a five-star hotel. The parking lot is enormous, with easy access and no registration required. The front desk was crowded, but the staff's efficiency was mediocre. They spoke slowly and reacted slowly, which was incredibly frustrating. A simple check-in process took a long time; they need more training. A group of older women, who didn't seem to be wearing hotel uniforms, were chatting and laughing loudly. They appeared to be hotel staff; I encountered them again later in the gym. I'm not sure what their specific role is, but it felt quite out of place. The rooms were fine; being newly opened, they were all very clean and beautiful. The adjustable brightness of the lights was a particularly nice touch. The Wi-Fi can only be used on mobile phones, not computers. Business travelers please take note. All three dryers in the laundry room were broken. Fortunately, the manager was quite customer-friendly and helped us send our already washed clothes to another branch for drying. Hopefully, they'll be fixed soon. If they can't be fixed immediately, it would be best to put up a notice so people know what to do with their wet clothes after washing. As for breakfast, the coffee was very good."

The decoration is very big, the facilities are complete, the front desk girl service is very good, we arrived early in the morning, the little girl took us to the garage to park, see that we drove hard, the thin little must give us luggage, the bathroom in the room paper, napkins, disposable towels, Shampoo, etc. are not the kind of inferior products, all good ones, the room has no smell, the front desk and the corridor are in Nongfu Spring, just drink, don’t want to have a hotel, in addition to the room two bottles of water to have a bottle, that difficulty, in short, good

Our stay this time was truly delightful! The room was spotless and well-maintained, the bedding was incredibly soft, and I slept soundly through the night. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to assist and even thoughtfully shared recommendations for local attractions. The value for money was exceptional. I don't know why hotels in Yushu are so terrible. They're expensive and not worth the money. This hotel is considered clean in Yushu, and the service is attentive and considerate. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower water was a bummer. There was no hot water. I asked the staff to adjust it, and it came out scalding hot. I tried to endure the scalding heat and shower that night, but the hot water was out again. My shower was a failure. It's not cheap, and I couldn't even take a shower. However, I later moved to the nearby Sanjiangzhiyuan Hotel, and found it even worse. The sanitation at Sanjiangzhiyuan is beyond words... At least this staff house is clean, spacious, and sanitary. I suggest the hotel improve its shower facilities. For nearly 300 yuan, it's unacceptable that the shower water isn't working.

The room is very close to the commercial area and it was very noisy after 1am. It was around seven in the morning and I had to collect garbage again. I couldn't get any rest because there was no air conditioning and I couldn't close the windows. There is no place to put things in the bathroom, and there is no partition, which makes it very inconvenient to change clothes after taking a shower. The toilet flushes very hard, like a flood, and I have no choice but to unplug it. The service was pretty good. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and they immediately came to fix it when I reported it. The facilities in the whole room are actually good, but the details still need to be improved.

Parking is more convenient, the service is good, the location is quiet, and the sheets are clean. Unfortunately, the facilities are outdated and the room is cleaned, but the corner can't bear to look directly. The waiter said that the hotel is to be reloaded.
