"The hotel has an unbeatable mountain view, which was absolutely fantastic. Enjoying breakfast in the morning with that incredible view was truly a treat 😊. However, the triple room was a bit damp and didn't have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, but it wasn't hot at night."

"A good view of mount Kinabalu! The location of my room was a bit hidden. Was bit disappointed that the laundry and machine was extra fees. And kitchen too. Probably my fault for not checking 😭.
Overall good stay. Warm owner and delicious breakfast! I love the tea :))"

"A lovely and a quiet place to enjoy the cool weather and amazing unobstructed Mt Kinabalu view from our room. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast in the glass house next to the bungalow in the compound of the beautiful garden. Would love to come back again."

"Super lucky that we got a free upgrade from 2 rooms to a house by the host. The house was very clean, spacious, has all the things you need (living room with Astro TV channels and sofa, well-equipped kitchen with dining table, gas stove, fridge, oven, toaster and baby chair, 2 toilets and both has toilet and shower with water heater). Breakfast provided was super good. View from room very nice. The only downside was the way there, quite a remote area, road is full of potholes. Highly recommended to stay if you’re travelling if a family or a group of 6."

"We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at The Pampines Villa. The villa we stayed in huge with 3 beds on the 3rd floor, 2 beds on the second and 8 bunk beds on the 1st floor. It was airy and at the same time, warm enough at night to be comfortable despite the cold weather. Breakfast was really good at the L'amonia Cafe and Desserts. Service was excellent - responsive and unobtrusive. We will stay there again when we next visit Kundasang. The place is well-patronised and deserving of its popularity."

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning.
The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!
