"The scenery is beautiful, highly recommended. It's a small place perfect for a getaway. We had afternoon tea on the balcony every day. The breakfast was purely Western-style, with fresh bread. Since there are so many local cows, the dairy products are probably quite good too. The mattress was incredibly soft, but everything else was good."

I understand the room needs cleaning, but having to put on the sheets and duvet cover myself after checking in is ridiculous… If the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, at least provide a fan? There were swarms of mosquitoes outside, but I didn't dare open the bed or door; it was unbearably stuffy. The bathroom was bizarre; they only provided a bar of soap… I've seen hotels without slippers and toothbrushes before, but this is the first time I've seen a four-star hotel with a room rate of over 2000 RMB without shower gel and shampoo. Absolutely, absolutely not recommended."

"This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in Switzerland. The views were incredible, it was convenient, and the facilities were excellent and very new."

"The location was uphill of the train station so when dragging your suitcase, you get a workout. However it is very close to the amazing Kloster Einsiedeln and a number of restaurants etc that really makes up for that. The room was small and very cosy - as the ceiling is quite low, but I liked that. The bed was a single but a decent size. There is a "set" airconditioning where there is air con, but there is no control so the room is a plesant temperature but if you want it cooler, there is no option for that."

"The hotel/rooms are erll placed, next to Migros and with a private parking. The village around is very nice and the lake is just 10min walk from there. The only "inconvenience" is that there is no reception there and it is in ankther hotel closed by, and there is no clear information on the door or on this app about it. I would recommend to display a paper with this info on the door. Beyond that, the receptionists in the second hotel are very kind."
