"Decent hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. The room itself is showing a bit of wear and tear. For example, the sink in our bathroom was leaking on the floor."

Hello Guest House Bukittinggi

"We had a family room which fit us really well. Two rooms linked. Comfortable. The hosts were really friendly and helped us arrange tours and gave us advice. Very close is a laundry place and two good coffee places (turn right, best one was called noru, really good range of beans and expertise in making coffee). It's very central, perfect location, but also very close to a mosque so very noisy call to prayer. Lots of noise from the hostel too but it was very good value so a good deal really. The town is nice, cool climate and lots to see and do. We spent 4 nights total and could have stayed longer. Highlight was finding civit coffee only 25 mins away."
