"Google says it's a 4-star hotel, but it's more like a 3-star hotel. As a non-smoker, you'll be incredibly bothered by the smoking in the lobby and elevator. Furthermore, the hotel is outdated, and with only one working elevator, it's a long walk to your room. You also have to call reception several times for requests. And you have to wait a long time for change if you order something in the lounge. The hotel has a good location, but I wouldn't book here again."

I initially booked a superior king room and discovered upon arrival that my room’s window faces another building. It wouldn’t make any difference if I had no windows at all.
