The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Spacious home. Located near Syracuse University & Downtown Syracuse with nearby parks, walking trails, convenience stores & restaurants. There’s an enclosed balcony on the second floor connected to the master bedroom and a spacious porch downstairs. The spacious kitchen has everything you need and it overlooks the dining area that can sit 6-8 guests. Enjoy cool summers with central air and ceiling fans in each room. BASEMENT- Guests need a special code to access the washer and dryer that are located in the basement. The door to the basement is in the kitchen to the left of the stove. 1ST FLOOR- kitchen, dining room, living room, bedroom #1, full bathroom #1 and enclosed porch. Bathroom #1 has a shower and is located between the dining room & kitchen, room #1 has a queen bed and has two doors, one from the entry foyer and the other from the living room. Extra paper towels are located in the cabinet to the left of the refrigerator. 2ND FLOOR- master bedroom #2, bedroom #3, bedroom #4, bedroom #5 bathroom #2. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has an attached enclosed patio. Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 have queen beds. Every room has its own remote that controls the light & ceiling fan.
