"The location is indeed good, right across from the airport entrance, and the reception and check-in area is quite spacious. Overall, it's pretty good, especially considering the cost and prices in Zurich. However, there's one thing I find unacceptable: housekeeping starts at 9:00 AM, and no matter how hard they try, it's still noisy!!! So, if you went to bed at 4:00 AM after a flight, instead of sleeping until 10:30 AM, you're woken up at 9:00 AM, which is extremely unpleasant. If check-out is at 11:00 AM, then housekeeping should start at 11:00 AM—that's only fair!!!"

"The check-in process was very convenient. We simply entered the PIN provided by the website, and it automatically gave us the room number and password. The location is also great, just about a 20-minute walk from the airport."

"Very close to Zurich Airport, just a 5-minute walk, and also convenient to the train station. The staff were pretty good, quite efficient. They don't provide free bottled water in the rooms, but give you an empty bottle to fill with tap water. The air conditioning wasn't very effective; the room got quite warm when sunny."

"Nice airport hotel, disappointing maintenance and service . We reported the flush being broken in our (not inexpensive) room and the hand soap being empty. Only the soap was replenished (which shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place) and we had to live with the broken flush. At 5am there was no hot water. Despite my reporting it at 5.20am when I left the hotel, by the time my friends got up several hours later and tried to shower there was still no hot water. No apology and no compensation. The location was fine but didn’t feel as safe as I would like walking to the terminal alone early in the morning."

"Readily accessible to and fro Zurich Airport by Uber, trains and buses. Coop, Aldi and Migros (and fortunately a halal stall, Fati's) within walking distance. Room was very clean, well facilitated (very comfortable bedding, and also a gym for my son to use), and spacious enough for a family of three. The only issue requiring attention is a small leak/spills under the shower cubicle."

"Very friendly staff , location is optimal for a stay in zurich or onward trip to the mountains . Toom is warm and cosy , theres a day spa and massage possibility nearby. A few steps snd your on the most reliaable train system.in the world . 10min by bus to the airport . And a few nice shops locally. If you want to catch a kloten fyers ice hocky matxh a stones thow away. Good value for money. Will stay again."

"A very functional and comfortable airport hotel with modern, well-designed rooms. Ours was nicely fitted out and featured an enormous TV with a wide range of international channels, including plenty of English options. We booked a park-view room. Initially our room looked partly toward other rooms at an angle, so be aware that some park-view rooms can feel overlooked. After switching rooms, the view was much better, looking directly onto the park. If the view matters to you, it’s worth booking the a higher floor I think as we were on the second floor and visibility was limited. Breakfast was excellent and very extensive, starting at 6 a.m., which is ideal for travelers. The hotel is extremely convenient for the airport; it’s about a four-minute (with large cases) mostly covered walk to check-in. If prices are similar, we would choose this over the older Radisson Blu which is inside the airport. The hotel is part of The Circle complex, which has several good restaurants right outside the hotel door. We tried the Japanese/sushi restaurant and found the food excellent and reasonably priced by Swiss standards. The spa areas are separated into male and female sections, which may disappoint couples hoping to relax together. When I visited late in the evening, the spa was empty and felt a bit eerie alone. On the plus side, the gym is large and well equipped with machines and free weight area, including a dedicated stretching/barre area. Overall, this is a strong, modern option for an airport stay, especially if convenience and comfort are priorities."

"We stayed in Leonardo Meastre at Venice and also Zurich. What a huge difference in terms of service. Leonardo at Zurich felt stingy. Called up to ask if I could get another bottle of water and was rejected. Asked if the staff could bring up a spoon and was rejected. I don’t really know how they got 4 stars.  We were given a room for disabled person. So the showers had no glass screen and it was a nightmare trying to ensure the dry area does not get wet. Though we appreciate the space, but I think Leonardo zurich can do better.  We asked if there are shops opened around the hotel, the answer was just no. But after venturing out we found out there were."
