"It rained when we arrived at the hotel, and the waiter greeted us with a raincoat. Towels were also given at check-in. The room was neat and clean. There are not many types of breakfast and the quality is OK. Wake up in the morning and see the neat farmhouse outside the window.
There are several restaurants around, the taste is OK, there is a supermarket opposite, you can add some fruit and snacks.
The Erguna Wetland Scenic Area is very close. For tourists with children and the elderly, the scenic area is very friendly. The battery car is sent to the mountainside. You can walk a few hundred meters to see the whole view of the city and the beauty of the wetland."

"The service was excellent! 👍 I booked a twin room, and the hotel upgraded us to a family suite in advance. There was even a handwritten welcome card with our names on it. The room was very spacious, and the children's toiletries were all provided.
This must be the best accommodation in the area! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The courtyard has children's facilities like a fountain, slide, swings, and a carousel, and many kids play there in the evenings after guests return from their travels. 🛝 The air quality is also excellent.
However, breakfast was just average. It's best to go early, otherwise, there won't be much left to eat. Some guests in the laundry room were inconsiderate and used the washing machines to wash shoes, clogging them with mud. This was the only place on our entire trip where we had to hand-wash our clothes. The dryers were also in high demand.
Additionally, the on-site restaurant has limited serving hours, and late delivery orders can be slow due to limited capacity.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I come back to this area! 👍"
"The best decision I made on this trip to Ergune was staying at the Guna Youan Resort Villas! It completely changed my perception of local accommodation, and I absolutely have to give it a perfect score!
The hotel's design is incredibly stylish and chic, with standalone villa houses. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the views outside – the sunset and starry sky – are absolutely breathtaking!
From booking to check-in, the staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. The front desk lady even gave me a super cute hand-drawn map of the area. Plus, they have a laundry room and a gym, which is a huge bonus.
Here, I truly experienced the joy of 'slow living.' The sunset is a little later here than on the 'left bank,' giving you ample time to catch the falling stars. Next time I'm in Ergune, this will definitely be my top choice. I highly recommend it to all my friends visiting Hulunbuir!"
The grassland resort here features exclusive Mongolian yurt accommodations, located in the stunning heart of Hailar Beier Black Mountain Grassland. It offers panoramic, pristine grassland views and perfectly blends traditional Mongolian culture with modern hotel comforts. The resort has a large-scale cluster of distinctive yurts, with rooms equipped to high-quality standards, including private bathrooms, 24-hour hot water, air conditioning, and more, completely eliminating the inconveniences of traditional yurt stays, so you can enjoy a comfortable and worry-free rest in the vast grasslands.
"The room was spacious with a grassland view right outside, which exceeded my expectations. Hot water was provided by an electric kettle, so you had to wait about half an hour for one person to shower, which is understandable in a grassland setting. The only downside was that the toilet drainage wasn't very smooth. They gave us tickets for a horseback riding show, a train ride, and grass sliding, all of which were quite good. There was also a bonfire party in the evening."
"The whole family came to vacation with three generations, and the beauty villa courtyard was really the right choice! The privacy of the single house is full, the small courtyard is clean and spacious, and the children can run and jump at ease. The whole house was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and odorless, the bathroom had plenty of hot water, and each room was well lit. It was especially pleasant for the family to drink tea and chat in the yard at night. The landlord was very caring, sent detailed check-in guidelines in advance, and responded super fast if there was a problem, and recommended local delicious restaurants. Quiet and quiet environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, comfort far exceeds expectations"
"The room was great overall, the yurt, even if it was not in the remote place of Heitou Mountain, the facilities could be considered good, and the breakfast was very good. The owner of this store can also have a discount price for horse riding. I enjoy the sunset after watching the sunset. I can see the stars after four or five in the morning. There is a free sunset observation point one kilometer nearby. You can climb the mountain to see the sunrise and sunset on the Genhe."
【Erguna Ever-Bright Manor】 is located in Heishantou Town, Hulunbuir. It boasts the stunning scenery of the Sino-Russian border river wetland and is an ideal place to watch the sunset in northern Xinjiang and the grassland starry sky. Here, the traditional charm of yurts is perfectly integrated with the comfort brought by modern technology — the guest rooms are equipped with starry ceilings, high-definition projectors, small refrigerators and direct drinking machines, allowing you to look up at the galaxy while lying in bed. You can experience riding through the wetland, taste hand-held meat and milk tea, and participate in bonfire parties to feel the heroism and poetry of nomadic culture. With the concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, we have created an amiable and warm accommodation space, and invite you to embark on a world appointment on the border.
"All the staff were incredibly polite and had excellent attitudes. We went horseback riding at the stable recommended by the hostess, and it was a fantastic two-hour experience. We also tried the owner's restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. This was my first time staying in a yurt, and it exceeded my expectations—it had hot water for showering and was very clean. In the evening, we joined a bonfire party, where everyone danced together, and the owner and hostess presented us with Hada scarves. Even late at night, the staff helped us dry our clothes. They even gave us a souvenir when we left; everyone was so incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience staying in a yurt. It was a very satisfying experience. Thank you."
"This hotel is an unexpected joy of this trip to Hulunbuir, especially in the morning. The location is very good, the parking is convenient, the new decoration is more modern, and there is no decoration smell. The only fly in the ointment: outside the 3rd floor is a tin eaves, catching up with heavy rain in the middle of the night, the sound is a bit loud. Also, the elevator is a bit small, and it takes a long time to catch up with the peak period."
"The Nalan Hotel booked in Trip.com is the biggest surprise of Hulunbuir's trip! I took my family to stay on July 24. The boss was very good, especially warm and thoughtful, and required. The hotel price is the most cost-effective in the entire roundabout tour, the room is spacious and clean, the bedding is comfortable, and the family of four lives very comfortably. The location is excellent, the surrounding restaurants and supermarkets are all available, and the travel is convenient. This grassland trip is more perfect because this treasure hotel is more perfect, and it is highly recommended to all friends who come to Hulunbuir!"

"Overall, it was pretty good. The staff were very welcoming and provided lots of helpful guidance. The location was also good, and the facilities were decent. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the chef's cooking was excellent, and everything was delicious 😋. I saw that this hotel was renovated in 2024, but the wooden furniture looks really cheap, and there's a strong smell that even keeping the window open all night couldn't get rid of."
