"Booked an executive room, but hit a string of snags! Arrived at 3:45 PM, and the front desk said the room wasn't ready yet. I understood, it was Chinese New Year after all. They gave me a drink voucher for the lobby, so I ordered a coffee and Tiramisu. It took a long time for the food to arrive. The cake was just a regular cake, absolutely nothing like Tiramisu. I asked the waitress, and she repeatedly insisted it was Tiramisu. Haha, fine, during Chinese New Year, staffing is probably stretched thin, and people aren't properly trained. No point arguing, I just wanted to check in. At 4:30 PM, I asked the front desk again, and they said it still wasn't ready. Under pressure (my voice got louder, and my tone became firmer), they gave me room 2613 (my original room was 2616). I had seen reviews about the room's cleanliness being an issue, so I had already braced myself. After a careful check, it was acceptable, which was a relief. But then came the evening, and the problems resurfaced. I could hear the loud chatter of the gentlemen in the room to my left, and the 'indescribable' sounds from the room to my right went on for an hour. This is supposed to be a five-star hotel, and I was genuinely shocked by how poor the soundproofing was. After complaining, the duty manager on the second day promised they would block off the rooms on both sides. Yet, on the second night, the same neighbors reappeared. Apparently, business was booming during Chinese New Year, and the hotel was fully booked. Although the duty manager tried their best to appease guests (they really did try), the hardware of this place is just so subpar. Thanks to Ctrip's intervention, we changed hotels on the third night and finally got a good night's sleep. And let's talk about the hotel's breakfast – who on earth designed that traffic flow? The queues for people and the adjacent Wenyan restaurant cross over, and first-timers often get lost. As for the food quality, it definitely doesn't justify the price (128/person). This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Wyndham brand in different regions. Fool me once, fool me twice, but not a third time."

"The breakfast was quite ample with fresh ingredients, and the tableware was simple yet elegant. From the 9th floor window, you can see a continuous range of mountains, like an ink wash painting of a blue-toned landscape from Jiangnan. The room facilities seem relatively new, and the mattress firmness was just right. The pillows were a little high. The room's color scheme was harmonious and natural, and the layout was comfortable. I especially liked the small round table, a perfect spot to have some tea and chat. There was one toothbrush left by the sink, which might have been left by housekeeping, so they should be a bit more careful with that. Overall, it's pretty good and offers great value for money."

"Highlight is the amazing breakfast for the price. The room was clean, which is what matters the most. There are 2 issues: even when i got the non-smoking room, the room still somehow smelled like smoking room, even if it's still acceptable for me. It's totally not acceptable if you bring in your kids though. Another issue is some of the lights, like hallway light didn't work. Otherwise everything else was great, the reception was polite and hospitable, checking in and out didn't have any issues."

It perfectly balances accessibility with a peaceful environment, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. As a new high-end hotel, the facilities are pristine and sophisticated. The environment is clean, bright, and exuding quality. I stayed in a river view room with an amazing panoramic view of Nanming Lake and the rolling green mountains through its floor-to-ceiling windows. During the day, the mountains and water created a refreshing scene; in the evening, the sunset painted the sky; and at night, the city lights sparkled. I could even enjoy the night view while soaking in the tub by the window, which truly set a wonderful mood. The room layout was well-designed and spacious, with a stylish landscape-patterned carpet complementing the elegant decor, feeling both luxurious and calming. The separate wet and dry bathroom and double vanity were practical and thoughtful, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a completely relaxing stay. The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. Check-in was efficient and quick, and their meticulous service throughout demonstrated the professionalism of a high-end hotel. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring not only elegant Western dishes but also a wide variety of local specialties like Jinyun Clay Oven Rolls, offering a taste of local life and a fantastic culinary experience. The hotel boasts comprehensive amenities, including a clean and quiet heated swimming pool and a well-equipped, state-of-the-art gym, perfect for exercising and unwinding in your free time. The exceptional quality, thoughtful service, and prime location make its value for money far superior to other hotels in the same category. My overall stay was flawless. From the environment and facilities to the service, everything made me feel incredibly comfortable. When I visit Lishui again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice!"

"The location of the hotel is in the center of Liandu District, next to a Lishui Sports Park, suitable for morning and night running, light show, but the lights will be turned off after 10 pm. Take a taxi to the high-speed rail station, Yintai and Nanming Mountain, Lishui Museum and Yingxing Building are very convenient, calling the car is about 10 yuan. The room was clean and tidy and newly renovated. The toiletries provided are very complete, as well as disposable towels and earplugs. The breakfast category is very complete, and the wontons and noodles are made now. It is about 120 yuan to take a taxi to Xiandu, and the chartered car to Songyang is about 500 yuan. Suitable for family travel customers, we have dinner in Yintai solve, a large dining and shopping complex."

"The most satisfying hotel in all aspects, the hotel covers a large area as a whole, just in a very conspicuous location in the Guyan Painting Township Resort, there are more parking places, and it is very convenient to drive by car. In addition, one of the cruise ship terminals in Guyan Painting Township is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. You can stroll leisurely. When you come back by boat, you can just walk along the riverside and walk well. "Hotel prices in Lishui skyrocketed this Spring Festival, with many hotels doubling their prices. The Beichen Hotel, at 999 yuan for two nights, offered unbeatable value. Located in the Lishui Economic and Technological Development Zone, the hotel is situated in an area where attractions are scattered, making it ideal for those driving. The decor is simple yet elegant, with spacious and bright rooms. A fitness center, gym, and swimming pool are also available. The all-day dining restaurant offered a seafood and meat buffet dinner during the Spring Festival, featuring a wide variety of seafood, hot pot, and side dishes. Guests could also choose from three options: Golden Soup Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Millet and Sea Cucumber, or Abalone Rice. Although staff were short-handed during the holiday, the service from Xiao Lei, Xiao Chen, and Xiao Zhang was excellent, and the catering manager, Xiao Liu, was also very attentive and helpful, making for a very pleasant experience."
