"I must give a big thumbs up to Lili at the front desk and Xiao Meng at the concierge. They were very enthusiastic and helped us solve every request we made. They handled things neatly and put themselves into the customers' shoes. They also helped deliver takeaways in the middle of the night, which made us feel warm. The lobby is large and clean. It would be better if a hot spring is opened."
