"Really nice hotel with fabulous amenities. We went in the winter so unfortunately couldn’t use the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed the game room. The gym is in the mall attached to the hotel but you can access it with the room key from the hotel without going to the mall. I love the eco friendly policy and having reusable bottles instead of plastic bottled water. There are machines to fill up the bottle on each floor. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed it very much. We also had a good dinner at the restaurant on the second floor. The room is spacious and the design of the bathroom is functional and comfortable. In terms of ovation, it’s not horribly far away from the old street and lots of local food. We walked 20-30 minutes to get to sightseeing places a bit further but there are busses as well if you don’t want to walk. It’s a perfect place for family with young children. I’d highly recommend it!"

"The cleanliness of the room is okay. The location is a bit far from the bus stop that can go to Mahgong Main Bus Station. You have to walk to YangMing station around 8-10mins. For those who carry heavy and big luggage, be prepared as the airport shuttle bus will only stop at International Plaza (Fupeng Sheraton Hotel) and you have to carry those luggages to walk around 1km to reach here. This homestay adopts self check in policy. You have to contact the owner to retrieve the info of your room. The phone number display on Trip.com cannot be reached and you have to search on Google to get their phone number. It’s better for you to contact them via Line as they don’t have reception counter. They will never respond on Trip.com so don’t waste your time to contact them via Trip.com."

"The hotel was really comfortable, perfect for our winter trip to Penghu. It's the best hotel to stay in Penghu, very comfortable, and conveniently located close to all the attractions. Plus, there's a Starbucks downstairs, making it super easy to grab coffee. We expected Penghu to be freezing in winter, but it turns out winter in Penghu is actually very pleasant. While you can't go swimming, the weather is very enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Penghu in winter; you'll make some wonderful memories."

"The power button on the remote control was broken. The AC also turned off by itself even when no timer was set. I messaged their official LINE account with a question, but only received a reply after I had already checked in on the day of my arrival. Our room was in a separate building. Aside from the poor soundproofing, I actually slept quite comfortably. The price during the fireworks festival wasn't particularly cheap, and the value for money for this stay was a huge letdown compared to my expectations. It just goes to show that sometimes, sticking to a proper hotel is a better choice."

"Modern and clean. The amenities are great! They also have free transport to the airport. Getting local snacks and souvenirs were easy too as they have a form for you to order and you just collect it the next day. Overall highly recommended as a base to explore and eat around in Magong district!"

The room is good and cheap, not far from the pier, and there are many foods nearby. Suitable for one person. The room was close to the elevator. I was worried that there would be sound insulation problems. As a result, no one used the elevator at night and there was no noise."

The breakfast is delicious. It is convenient to have airport shuttle and umbrella rental. Disadvantages: The bathroom and room carpets are not very clean. The bathroom smells like urine and there are white hairs and dust in some places on the carpet. In addition, sending a letter to the hotel to confirm the demand can be provided but not done. "My stay at this hotel was good. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future but future guest must be mindful that the sound insulation in the room is not great so outside noise does come in but it's not very disturbing. Also, it would be nice if the hotel can clean the A/C unit as that in particular had a scent coming from it or use some scented bags to give the room some sweet smelling essence. Overall, I enjoyed the few days I spent here."

"There is a bus terminal and Family Mart downstairs, and a famous scallion pancake shop nearby. It is very convenient to watch the fireworks at Guanyin Pavilion and the lively Zhongzheng Road. The location is perfect, the room is clean, and there is an airport shuttle. It was originally an in-house shuttle bus, but because I might miss the flight, the hotel called a taxi to take me to the airport. Thank you very much. There is also breakfast available but the dishes seem to be the same."
